What's the Ad spend for that return? One thing that always seems to be missing with X amount is being earned on this book is the identification of Ad spend or is that amount earned after Ad spend? If not then that amount is not the profit level but the turnover.
I have a question: I have ideas for multiple books but they are not in the same genre at all. Should I just make them and see what works or could it hurt the brand if I do so?
Can we get a full rundown of actual sales? The “estimated royalties” seems to be a little misleading…unless you have receipts showing it panned out to the same “estimated” value…maybe a comparison video? Estimated royalties vs liquid royalties? Something like that would help me and others know you are making money…and not just wasting time generating books.
Promoting a coloring book in that niche since the end of May. It is not easy (and not cheap). Got ranked on the first page for 'cute coloring book for adults' but more to the end of it. I'd say creating the book itself is the easy and fun part :)

@@aerialwarfare yes, there are some sales and it got a very positive review recently but right now it is not breaking even with all the advertising expences. I'll give it 2 months to see if it can get good organic sales.

I've recently started kdp and to my observation - I honestly feel its super beneficial or doing a lot of business for people who've started it before covid.
The visibility of newer books is less - please share some insights on this, preferably for beginners so that they don't have to burn more on marketing or getting traffic on their books
They are spending a lot to earn the revenue. Who knows what their honest profit is!

I think it is because 20 out 40 pages are blank to avoid ink seeping through and running next page while colouring.
