half-payne but the video runs at like 15 fps

i thought i could just upload something on this channel since i haven't done that in a while
normally id be running this game at 100 fps, but something with obs made it decrease the fps by like 70. if anyone knows how to fix this please let me know in the comments
also i might do game dev stuff on this channel with godot (not anything impressive tho since i only know a little about it)
