French is quite complicated for Italians like me when we listen to it (obviously if you haven't studied it) but when it comes to see the same language written on a board, we can understand a lot of the sentences. I think the only difficult part is the pronunciation, but when we can help us with written words we can see that our languages are effectively relatives.

My school year finished like 2 weeks ago and this video made me feel like I was in school again - luckily French is one of my favourite classes *For context* I'm Canadian and in mainly Engish speaking provinces and territories we are obligated to do french from grade 4 to grade 9 (some start/stop earlier/later - I live in Ontario)
