It's actually an ebay item! I think it was like 50 dollars or less. The Honda stickers too.

No those are the same Forks, I loosened the clamps and brought them up to shorten them a bit. Also the rubber gaiters make it look a bit shorter too.

I bought them on eBay they were really reasonable and come in different lengths
