Hey guys love your Videos I recently just bought a 09 Aerox just had a gainelli pipe on it at the moment wat would be a good 50cc reliable but faster kit for it and if it makes about 7hp will that still be quick
7hp will be quick with a good cvt setup, top speed is questionable, im guessing around 80-90kmh
Could you go over the egr delete and what to block it off with when you're installing a performance exhaust on the zip? Also, what clutch springs would you recommend for the zip with a multivar 2000 varistor kit? Would be running 6.5g rollers
EGR is simple, remove all pipes except the main exhaust flow pipe and weld over the holes to follow the contour of the header where they have been removed. We used to weld and bent washer over the hole and fit a thread to insert a gas reading device.
We recommend the Polini G3 clutch, adjustable and very simple. Otherwise the spring we discuss on this video. Watch the video you will see the spring discussion.

Yes, I would also include an adjustable clutch because the power will lag at the start.
Have you thought about converting the piaggio zip to 125/172/180cc piaggio motor ? like a SKR motor or Gilera runner motor? in the netherlands they do that quite often. Dont know about australia tho!

Hey man i have piaggio nrg mc3 2004 and its going about 60kmh and reving 7000rmp so should i buy a unrestricted cdi or change main jet
If the rpm is limited, yes you can change the CDI. Otherwise consider an exhaust and associated parts.
Piaggio nrg mc3 does not have rev limiter
Hi boss can the 2014 Aprilia 50mt have this same tune done to it. I did watch your piaggio typhoon exhaust install video aswell but i see there is a difference in the motor.
Yes you can but the 2014 model may have the early stle CDI not the ECU.

Hey guys! My partner just bought a Kymco Agility 50 and I was wanting to get it up to 80km/h. Any advice/input? It's brand new and hasnt been touched yet
It depends on what type of fuel system. Kymco is a Chinese scooter which is overpriced and the spare parts are the most expensive in Australia and difficult to derestrict, knowing this it may be best to only change the variator shaft.

hello i have a kymco agility 50cc 4 stroke i changed the cilynder i added a 80cc and i thought it was gonna go 100kmh but it didnt. im tryna put a malossi variator in does that make any diffrenc?
It will be difficult to get it to 100kph. Don't waste too much money with these. The variator may increase the accelration.
Over all you need a racing head and cylinder, exhaust, CDI, larger carby and still it will struggle to 100kph.

@@bekimshala-ez4fe For the Kymco, yes! It will only gain top speed if the restricted variator shaft is removed and replaced.

@@bekimshala-ez4fe When you consider a 125cc does 90-100kph, you would be lucky if you reach 85kph.

All sounds like a nice road set up, use the 2500-3500 rpm spring. Ultimately an adjustabel clutch is best.62 main jet may be too rich but change as required.
@@scooterstreetau Thanks! So as i understand bigger the number of a main jet means more fuel is used? So the bike runs richer? Which main jet do you advise.
@@numankralj Correct👍 I would run the scooter first and allow it to warm up and come off the choke, then change the main jet so the engine is slightly spluttery, this may be around a 64 jet, once running spluttery reduce the jet size so the splutter clears and then adjust the transmission as required.
@@scooterstreetau my friends told me that leovince tt comes with rollers an clutch springs? What if i put 3 of the standard rollers and 3 of the leovince and the leovince clutch springs? Does it run well that way and if i do this wich main jet is the most compatible? Thanks!

I read somewhere the wild lion isn’t compatible with a 2018 Piaf goo typhoon, do you have any that are? Regards
This is misinformation, yes there is a Wild Lion that fits 18 Piag Typh. Select the Lion for the CA41M engine👍

@@scooterstreetau Would you recommend the wild lion over a higher performance exhaust. Its for my partners scooter (Which i ride a lot) getting around the city etc. How much louder are the more performance orientated exhausts?
@@rosscollier3992 we removed it as it did not have the coverage for all the engines it was purchased.
@@rosscollier3992 Wild lion has it advantages, low noise good down low power and additional top speed over the factory exhaust. It depends on what you want. Keep in mind it is for the Mrs👍

Luck for you👍. In Aust. The early Zips were doing 65kph, then as they EM Laws change the new models got slower and slower.

Can you do a video explaining what needs to be considered when upgrading an exhaust, transmission or carburetor?
Like if I upgrade my carburetor what else should I consider upgrading to get the most out of it

If the engine is already damaged no.

When u buy 4t zip u only need a multivar 80 cc and camshaft.Dont need to buy expensive kits.
