"The story is done, I now know how it all ends." I kinda feel like there is an almost infinite amount of endings. Heard someone say 17000 endings. Origin characters also all have a unique story and choices that you do not get playing Custom/Durge. The replayability is really on a level I have never seen before.
@@AtratzuI have done 6 playthroughs and 2 first (good vs. evil) felt like almost 2 different games. Help goblins or save grove each leads in different directions. And similarly act 2 will be influenced by what you did in act 1. And each of your companions have different outcomes too. Like Shadowheart can remain loyal to Shar or find a new faith, etc.
@@dianabialaskahansen2972 Indeed, I've finished two games, my main game (the one I was most attached to), then I finished the Dark Urge to embrace my calling as Lord of the Sith. I have a third game underway with my Fiance, and a fourth game with my brothers. Third game followed the same path as my first, but we grabbed Minsc ASAP in act 3 who is my actual actual favorite character. And in the game with my brothers we've had... shenanigans, seeing as we let several party members kill each other and left a particular boy naked in the country side. lol
Really loving this game. Ran my first time through on a custom origin, did the good path but also played ICly and completely skipped entire sections (like the Underdark). Second playthrough I am on Lae'zel and skipped the grove entirely. I get really fatigued usually in open-world games, but because the narrative can change so much (and even reward you) for skipping content, I don't feel pressured to do things I don't want to do. I can always just replay to see the other outcomes! It's a great feeling, I really hope more games embrace this type of play in the future! It might change my mind about open world games entirely - I've not been a huge fan in the past XD unless it's an MMO and I'm playing purely to socialize with friends
Typically it seems that when a game does really well others follow suit, so I have high hopes we'll see more games like this in the not-too-distant-future!

That's fair, I guess I didn't think about how it would be different with the Origins!

It would work for that too. lol
Perception check successful… 🤓 great video
Charisma check, flattery successful.
You didn't actually review BG3 in the video. You gave your impressions of your playthrough, which is nice, but it's not a game review.
Okay, expound. What exactly is required in your opinion for something to be considered a "review"?
Mods are now supported! So now you'll never need to play any other game. Lol
