I got the same charger, best one i jave own and im going on 6 years, mine hums sometimes but customer service said thats normal and it goes away, but its the best......just trying to figure out what amps i should charge my bike at,i say on 6 or 7.....mine is 72v 3000w 100amp
Been waiting nearly a month for mine. "Shipped out" on aug 25, it was supposed to arrive sept 17. Departed Singapore on Sept 14th...apparently stuck in the air the last few days...tracking sucks, but hoping the charger will be worth the wait.
@@Maker1000 yeah, I just received "mine" ytd... US 3 prong , check C13 output plug (for ebike), check Ordered 220v...they intentionally sent me 110v as THEY decided I needed 110v...not happy
Nice clean looking modification, always fun to see what people build with the stuff they buy from me. The XT60 connector is something i have been meaning to come up with a dust cap for, i did find a chinese source on Aliexpress that sells XT60 dust caps, that might be worth a look as well, i honestly don't think i could make and sell them as cheap as they do! So the BMS is controlled via Bluetooth, and so without the key and without Bluetooth access you essentially have a theft protection built in? That's pretty neat!
Hello Scott thank you, that is funny you should mention it my son is trying to print me a dust cap but his printer is not doing very good. I am probably going to have to buy one. It would real cool if there was a door you can slide over it.
Hello, the tires are shinko 241 size 275/ 19 here's a link www.cyclegear.com/tires/shinko-sr-241-series-tires The rims are 19 inch motorcycle rims and I got them in a kit with the motor and controller from Ncycle they're on AliExpress and Ali baba
Problem with that is it will move after 5 seconds for a couple mins without anything inputted I have a savboton controller with the anti theft as well. I pedal with motor off sometimes and its a pain when I come to hills and I need motor to input a password thats where I discovered it will work for a short period then shut off. That short period could be all someone needs to get far enough to get away unless the anit theft on the alarm is on which will lock the magnets but just makes it a hassle and not well thought out but then again maybe they felt it need a way to be moved incase the owner couldn't be located but the again it should only be able to crawl in speed not ride with damn full send
I'm going to check that out I have never been able to turn it on with the BMS off. I checked the battery with a voltmeter and it's strange, with the BMS off, the battery will only put out 30 volts which is not enough to kick on the controller but I am definitely going to keep trying after you mentioned that.
@@samjohnson517 not in reference to the bms just the controller and 4 pin code but the bms will power on accessories with powered of through app lol really crazy
Hello yes these are custom-ordered based on your battery and they will put pretty much any connector you want on there I'm pretty sure they have one that will fit the onyx you would have to ask them.
Just order that port from your ebay store ...omg the best idea I ever seen. I have the key switch there but it's not connected because I don't use it 😂😆
Yeah it's pretty nice that is not my eBay store though, that is the seller that I bought it from. I also ordered a cap to put over the plug it works pretty good.
I have same charger really a great charger. 150amp bomber frame with 18inch rear 8000w -hub motor 72v 50ah
with this charger how much time does it take to full charge from 0 to 100
Ordered one of the chargers. Thanks Sam. If only my bike wouldn't surge from a stand-still like it has a mind of its own, I would be great. 😩
W where did you order it from

Will this charge a 48v lithium ion battery ?
There are options when you order the charger so you would just order it for a 48v.
do they make a carry case ?

How much time does it take for a complete charge on your battery ?
About 1 1/2 -2 hours
Is there a way to charge to 80% for storage?
Sure you can stop the charger at any point you'll be able to see the voltage on the screen.
It probably ruins.. if you look on the side it says it charges three types of batteries...
