I see so many on RUclips complaining about Cellini and wondering why it exists. Vintage Cellinis are just beautiful, my favorite watches made by Rolex. Thanks for presenting this!
Your the Man!! Great explanation dude. This video is exactly what I needed as I have my eyes on the exact same model you’re using but was completely unaware on how it looks on a wrist. I’m all for dress watches and am delighted that a good vintage Cellini can go for a fraction of the most famous Rolex. Liked, Subscribed and Alert is ON!
I love the vintage Cellini designs, they're so classic and minimalistic. Would you happen to know what alloy of 18k white gold Rolex was using in the 1970s? I have a 1970s white gold Cellini and I'm worried about developing a nickel allergy to it, since I've read that vintage white gold often has lots of nickel
The Cellini model series is also our absolute favorite when it comes to classic and simple watches. We especially like that they are so absolutely rolex-unique. Unfortunately, I have no idea about the components of rolex white gold alloys... would it be possible to take an abrasion to a goldsmith and examine it for the alloy? maybe that would be a variant to be on the safe side!
Just checked the reference number, huge congrats. I really appreciate the unusual case design. Additionally, the blue dial matches the white gold case perfectly!

You’re welcome. I feel the same way, thanks for your feedback!
Agree. And Marconi's
The only Rolex watch that I would consider purchasing.
Also fond of many Marconi's. ;)@@mannacler
Obsessed with the gold Cellini's from the 60's & 70's -- another great video - wonderful work!
Couldn’t agree more! They’re worth a second & third look. Thanks kindly 🙏

I own a birthyear Rolex Cellini 5071 with the black tapestry dial in solid 18k.
My absolute favorite dress watch.
Never seen in personal with a black tapestry dial! Looks stunning! Huge congrats 🙏✊

The people who call it the black sheep are the ones who cant afford it.
Haha possible 😅
Most of the Cellini line are just downright boring. Not surprised they don’t sell.
I just bought a Cellini 4107, blue dial, white gold/yellow gold. I love it!
