What kind of justice is this??? They made the atmosphere inhabitable for her. And they end up winning the case. Ofcourse the landlord would take side of that cockatoo because otherwise he would leave. The plaintiff has already left. So, why would landlord take side of her. Why we need a judge? Here landlord is the only judge.
