Hmmm this is what I used to have for IB cover letters: "I am particularly attracted to X company as junior employees have substantial responsibilities, receive training and mentorship, and gain exposure to some of the largest transactions in the economy. Specifically, I am passionate about investment banking for its combination of client-oriented and technical valuation work." Hope this gives you some guidance. Hey Kenji, I have one request for you. Big companies are outsourcing their workforce from another country to reduce their cost and get the best from another country. Could you please make a video about it? How can a person living in another country get a job in big financial firm? I would highly appreciate if you can make even a short clip on that. Thank you! Hi Kenji, If last summer was job was not so impressive (due to COVID shutting down my internship program), would you recommend leaving out Summer 2020 job altogether from my resume if my previous summer work (2017,18,19) is more impressive?

Is post graduation is necessary for getting good job in investment banking?
For full time its very hard to get in without a degree yes. But you can get internships while you’re still a student
