I would have liked to see the couple that was placed by the kitchen doors some how at least given a free meal or something because of the way they were treated.

Marcus, when you show yourself, she’s gonna be shocked as all get out and when she does you fire her with the option of everybody around, including the customers to show that you have the authority of making your restaurant in the way it was and should’ve been I hope and bless you all for all the hard work you put into it and it turns out to be a better option for the restaurant and for the customers as well as the staff I love the way you’re doing the undercover part of it and now you know the truth, and when she walks away, tell her no paycheck involved because that way she ain’t gonna have any money to worry about. I love it. You do a great job, Marcus and so does your staff and I’m so sorry to see and hear about what Carol has considered to treat you all in that wayfire her and make sure everybody sees it. Marcus, you were wonderful. You were going about it the right way and everybody’s going to have respect for each other and it’s gonna be great for all the customers and the name of your Turner’s table is going to be the number one restaurant in the area of improvement and loving to go there to have fabulous food and have an atmosphere of care. This is just fabulously under the new word of comfort and trust you are the best beyond the best when it comes to talking to people in a nice way, but making them understand, it’s gonna be a family home type restaurant and welcome everybody like you said in the door this is so great. Since the couple who was forced to sit by the kitchen had reservations it would have really been nice not only would that have be such a positive beginning toward valuing and respecting and appreciating the customer that would also have given voice to the true standard Turner's table and bring a resolution to the service and disrespect p the couple had experienced😊

That's what I was waiting for. I was so hoping that Marcus would have intervened while the disrespect was going on. He may have lost very valuable customers because that situation was not reconciled.
That's a great point! I was thinking the same thing. The story really highlighted Marcus's decision-making and how he handled Carol, but it felt like the poor couple was left hanging. Do you think Marcus will personally reach out to them or offer something to make things right in a follow-up? It would be amazing to see him go the extra mile and show how much he values *every* customer, not just his staff. Imagine their reaction if he did! What do you think would be the best way for him to fix that?
