This situation was handled with such professionalism. I truly appreciate this story! 🙌👏 It’s inspiring to see how things were managed with such care and respect. 💯
Thank you for your thoughts! Do you think the decisions made by the characters were driven more by their moral compass or by their emotions? How did this affect the choices they made throughout the story?"
We appreciate your input! If the antagonist had a different goal or motive, how do you think that would have changed the dynamics of the story and the decisions made by the protagonist?"
This story is a powerful reminder of the dangers of prejudice and the importance of fairness in all walks of life. Cynthia Brooks' calm resilience and decisive actions showcase how integrity and leadership can address systemic issues and inspire positive change. Thank you to the creators for crafting such a thought-provoking narrative. To all viewers, may this story inspire you to lead with respect and equality. Wishing everyone kindness, growth, and understanding in their journeys!
Common sense dictates that the bank shd.have personally called the issuer of the cheque, avoiding the problems presented in the story. The story is preposterous and unbelievable.
Thank you for sharing your insights! If you could have a conversation with one character after the events of the story, who would it be, and what would you ask them about their journey?"
This is a powerful reminder of how assumptions can lead to embarrassing and humbling moments. The irony here is striking, and it’s a great lesson in never underestimating someone's abilities or status based on race or appearance. Respect and recognition should be earned, not assumed.
What an inspiring story! This teaches us to never judge others based on appearances and reminds us of the importance of treating everyone with respect. Wishing the creator and all viewers a life full of kindness and understanding. ♥♥♥
This story gave me chills. Cynthia’s composure and determination to confront prejudice head-on while also implementing real systemic change is inspiring. It's a powerful reminder that accountability starts from the top. What stood out most to me was how she balanced justice with grace, even giving Eliza an opportunity to grow. How do you think we can promote this kind of leadership in our own workplaces?"
This story struck a chord with me, not just because of the obvious injustice but also because it reflects a broader societal issue-bias and the misuse of authority. Richard’s attitude epitomized the kind of prejudice that quietly permeates professional settings. What I found inspiring, though, was how Cynthia handled the situation. She didn’t lash out in anger or lose her composure; instead, she used her authority and intelligence to address the root of the problem. It’s also noteworthy how Eliza, a junior employee, stood up for what was right despite the risks. It gives me hope that even in challenging environments, individual integrity can shine through. Cynthia’s approach to addressing systemic issues, like introducing training programs and internal mechanisms, is something every organization should emulate. This story is a reminder for all of us to reflect on how we treat others, especially when in positions of power. How often do we let unconscious bias influence our decisions? And more importantly, how can we ensure that such biases are challenged constructively?
With so many powerful black people with money all over the world ; why would some people still think that black people are broke and poor! Get over it folks! We continue to make the world rich!
Something wrong with the theme. To find out if a check/cheque is fake or suspicious, you just need to check with the source and the paying bank. Simple procedure normally done behind the scenes by the bank.
So the branch manager didn't know the name of the owner? really!? So the branch manager who from his desk can verify the client's account and its history of deposits couldn't see that? Really! Wow! what an idiot!!!
Karma hit hard and fast! The moment he realized she was the owner was pure gold. This story perfectly illustrates why judging people based on appearances will always backfire in the end
With how he acted and treated the client - he probably should banned from working at any bank again. Hopefully other's learned what happened and what was done to resolve the situation.
6:09 We appreciate your input! If the antagonist had a different goal or motive, how do you think that would have changed the dynamics of the story and the decisions made by the protagonist?"
Truly moved by this story! At 7:45, when Cynthia Brooks revealed she’s the largest shareholder of the bank, I was completely blown away. The way she handled the situation was both calm and decisive, a true mark of a visionary leader. I also really admire Eliza - she was brave enough to stand up for the customer despite pressure from her boss. What do you think about Cynthia’s final decision regarding Richard? Was it fair? Share your thoughts❤
He wasn’t a good branch manager. He should have done his homework by googling who owns the bank, a picture of the person and all the information he could read.
That’s a fair critique! It’s true that depositing a check typically wouldn’t raise as much suspicion as withdrawing a large amount of cash. However, this story might exaggerate some elements to highlight the issue of bias and the importance of treating every client with respect. It’s a reminder to think critically while also taking away the broader message about fairness and professionalism. Thanks for sharing your thoughts!
This can and does happen, I can recall getting a settlement check from a car accident and the bank called the law firm who gave me the check. Once verified, the bank still treated me with disdain and said if I continue to count the money on the counter and get robbed, it was on me. As an African American, I can tell you that this happens everyday, some entitled people feel minorities should not have money, regardless of its origin. Some banks are notorious for discriminative practices, even Oprah and many other celebrities have experienced this treatment.
Dumb question don’t the managers are supervisors have meetings with the owner of the bank. It’s kind of weird that nobody knows the owner of the bank has the time they have pictures of her on the wall and her name should be under text that they receive from the bank, dumb question just asking that the big bosses doesn’t know who owns the bank
Not a dumb question at all-it’s actually a great observation! You’d think that someone as important as the owner would be well-known to the staff, especially in a prestigious bank. But in some cases, high-level executives and shareholders may not have their faces or names prominently displayed, especially if they prefer a low profile. This situation highlights how assumptions and biases can lead to embarrassing mistakes, even when someone should know better. Thanks for pointing that out-it’s a thought-provoking detail!
Great stories but I wish they were more actual videos which eliminate unnecessary dialogues and stick to the real story . Specially the long narrative stories.
Thank you for sharing your perspective. I understand how repeated themes can feel monotonous. The goal of these stories is to shed light on important issues, like prejudice, while also showing moments of empowerment and change. Perhaps diversifying the narratives to focus on broader themes of kindness, resilience, and humanity across all walks of life could make them more engaging. Your feedback is valuable-it helps create better content that resonates with everyone
So why are you showing that junk if it is fictional nobody needs to see that we have enough problems out here now without all this fake stuff coming out
This may be fictional or junk to you however we as Black Americans goes through this every day this is our reality and who ever posted this thank you 🙏🏿
Life, I am long since retired, 32 years as a Police Officer, and employment after, what I noticed, for some, not all, it was very minor, but noticeable, watching an Officer, a white male Officer interaction with, say, a white male driver, it is Sir, please, thank you , have a good day, 4 basic parts of a conversation, now same Officer, a person of colour, and or different cultural background, one or two , or even all 4 are missing, and after you discuss with him, some, do it with out even realizing, but many, claim for politically correct reasons, they are not racist, but in fact actually are, and that is sad, my life, has been open to all the differences, society, culture, has to offer, the different food worth the trip, let alone the fun, adventure, sometimes a lover, all people are equal, but getting people to accept, more difficult, those that do not accept, and experience, I pity your loss in life !!!!!!!!!
Wow, thank you for sharing such a profound and personal insight. Your experience after 32 years as a police officer speaks volumes about the subtle yet impactful differences in how people are treated, often without realization. It’s sad but true that some biases operate on an unconscious level, but acknowledging them, as you’ve done, is a critical step toward change. Your open-mindedness toward different cultures, foods, and experiences is inspiring-it’s a reminder that embracing diversity enriches our lives in ways we can’t always measure. Your empathy and understanding are exactly the qualities that can bridge gaps and encourage others to do the same. Thank you for being a beacon of fairness and kindness, and for reminding us all how important it is to treat everyone equally.
There are no any white human in this world. Some animals and birds. For an example white pig horse rabbit mouse. Colour human and colourless human are there.
I wonder whoever come up with these scenarios they're all fake nothing but Clickbait that all of a sudden the woman owes a multi billion dollar bank a crapee?
What a bunch of crap! Is this still the story line? It's a month from being 2025, not 1925. Banks are about making money. They effortlessly verify and process financial documents ALL DAY LONG! If the woman was green with horns poking out of her head...the bank would have verified and processed her transaction. Next time, write a realistic story where one human does something extraordinary to uplift another human. Geeeez Louise!
You make a solid point! Banks thrive on efficiency and profit, so situations like this should ideally never happen. That said, the story aims to highlight the lingering biases and inequities that, unfortunately, some people still face, even in today’s world. Your suggestion to focus on uplifting stories where people go out of their way to support one another is fantastic-positivity and humanity are always inspiring. Thanks for the honest feedback, and here’s hoping for more feel-good stories in the future!
I hear your frustration, and I appreciate you sharing your perspective. Discussions about racism and inequality can definitely feel overwhelming or repetitive for some, but the intention behind these stories is to spotlight the impact of bias and the strength of those who overcome it. It’s not about “crying” but about creating awareness and encouraging positive change. Everyone’s entitled to their opinion, and I respect yours. Thanks for taking the time to comment!

Truly a Great Story ( Never Judge all Books by There Cover ❤❤
This situation was handled very professionally I appreciate the story!
😘
I agree with you.
These stories still happen every day. She has a very professional approach.
story about compassion. That's so great. Please continue your work
😍
Richard’s downfall was a stark reminder of how biases can destroy careers and trust
We appreciate your input! If the antagonist had a different goal or motive, how do you think that would have changed the dynamics of the story and the decisions made by the protagonist?"
What a powerful example of why judging someone by their appearance can lead to huge mistakes.
Power to my People 💪🏿✌🏿❤️👏🏿!
This was absolutely amazing! The way you presented the story kept me hooked till the end. Brilliant work-can't wait for your next video!

Watching from Fortworth Texas 🎉❤

My thing is if Elijah knew that she was a person that has made plenty deposits. Then why would she even bring it to his attention in the first place.
This just proves why people should treat everyone with respect, no matter what.
Bias and assumptions can lead to major consequences. It’s essential to treat everyone with dignity and respect.
With so many powerful black people with money all over the world ; why would some people still think that black people are broke and poor!

Amazing story.
Bless u👆🏾🌹
These stories continue to unfold every day. She takes a very professional approach.
Cute story, but if she owned the bank and he worked there for years, they would already know each other
She didn't work there, she owed the controlling interest
Right on, darling!
She has a professional approach 👌
These types of situations will only increase unfortunately.
Pleasure to seen
So the branch manager didn't know the name of the owner? really!? So the branch manager who from his desk can verify the client's account and its history of deposits couldn't see that? Really! Wow! what an idiot!!!
And yet many of them do exist, idiots that is, among us!
Even colors are fake. Otherwise there's no one compared to the snow, and cotton.
Nice story, and story teller.😂
Karma hit hard and fast! The moment he realized she was the owner was pure gold. This story perfectly illustrates why judging people based on appearances will always backfire in the end
I used to work in a small QUANGO as a junior. The top.managenent was openly racist and spoke nostalgically about apartheid in South Africa :)
Lesson of the day: Always treat people with respect. You never know who you’re talking to.
How did he not know that she owns the bank
Because it's a fake story
Maybe he didn't know she was black.
Obviously, this seems to be made up story.
Let us call racist Richard Callaway Mr. Dick Callaway because that the type of service he gave to the top banker!
It’s sad
With how he acted and treated the client - he probably should banned from working at any bank again. Hopefully other's learned what happened and what was done to resolve the situation.
Richard’s mistake highlights the importance of treating every customer with respect, no matter their race or background.
Very satisfying, but she didn't change the entire system. It responded to her money and position, as always.
Good for him, some people need to stop looking at people differently
6:09 We appreciate your input! If the antagonist had a different goal or motive, how do you think that would have changed the dynamics of the story and the decisions made by the protagonist?"
Really, I just don’t believe that this sort of attitude persists.

greattt
Hmm,I am becoming amazed for once. This type of episode is becoming one too many.😮😮😮
He wasn’t a good branch manager. He should have done his homework by googling who owns the bank, a picture of the person and all the information he could read.
We need black in UK like this, who don't look rich but are, to show this new age a du-ja-vu to the public
Sorry, but this is bogus. All she was trying to do was deposit a million-dollar check, not get cash. It would not have played out like this.
That’s a fair critique! It’s true that depositing a check typically wouldn’t raise as much suspicion as withdrawing a large amount of cash. That’s not necessarily true, bias rears its head in many respects

Rubbish! A bank manager that is unaware who owns the bank in which he works?
Thats because you are white, they are true stories of black people not being able to cash salary checks because the banks thought they were to huge
Humanity first and rules later.please help the poor and enhance humanity
I wish this was a real drama instead of a narrative.
This is drama
Where's the video 😊
Hao ngozi ya nguruwe wana wa anaki
Is that thing still existing today?
By looking how to reject a cheque?.

Another outlandish fiction for those who like fiction?
The Story Teller needs to get the Names "Right" It goes from John, Jean, Jan. Which is it??
are these true stories??
So why are you showing that junk if it is fictional nobody needs to see that we have enough problems out here now without all this fake stuff coming out
This may be fictional or junk to you however we as Black Americans goes through this every day this is our reality and who ever posted this thank you 🙏🏿
@rosiehudson8653 no you don't just a lot of you want to play that race card and a victim all the time black people can be racist also
these fake stories kill me............imagine owning a bank and standing in line to cash a check? haaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa
Depositing a check should be no problem. Cashing one could be a different matter
@@tomconner889 apparently she was depositing it to her account. She owns the bank and yet does her own work...yeah, right.
Be careful how you treat people that might be the as you have to kiss later on
Why would she need to cash a. Cheque if she owns the bank? 😅😅😅😅 always some sappy S
Undercover to weed out that very behavior she suspected was going on.
I think the word protocol gets overused in these stories
This is a total fairy tale. Are there adults who believe this?

CLICK BAIT 101
Noy true works in bank before and they do checks in the back round
Yeah right I'm sure. I can make up a story exactly like this. Pure BS.
It's noted that this is fiction
There are no any white human in this world. Some animals and birds. For an example white pig horse rabbit mouse. Colour human and colourless human are there.
Why black only denied?Don't fool.
I wonder whoever come up with these scenarios they're all fake nothing but Clickbait that all of a sudden the woman owes a multi billion dollar bank a crapee?
sounds like another Nigerian fairytale
Legit or AI type content?
I don't believe any of these stories.
Exaggerated story 👎
Reeks of Donald Trump. Phew!
Fake story 😂😂😂
