Honestly, I’ve worked in places with managers like Gary, and it’s draining. Jamal deserves so much credit for standing his ground and staying professional. That reveal at the end, though-so satisfying
Thank you for exposing injustice, your stories are much Needed and true to the reality that black people and other people of color face everyday. I unfortunately have had many experiences with racism all my life, your stories give people like us a voice. Will this change these people who practice this hate, some but many will die hating people based on the color of their skin rather than change their behavior this is a sad fact.
Your post really struck home with me. My mother was extremely racist and sadly she met Jesus Christ who created the human race with that prejudice in her heart. When anyone confronted her with this, her stock response was: "That is the way I was raised." My dad was not at all racist and he told her before they married she better not pass that prejudice on to their children. And she did not pass it on to us.
I don't have much words after this but it was a good story, it really gave me a chill in my heart. I would say to Gary, do unto others as you would have them do unto you. Loved it. Thank you.
Thank you for shedding light on this important issue. Stories like these are crucial for raising awareness about the injustices that Black employees and other people of color face daily. I, too, have encountered racism throughout my life, and it's reassuring to see that our experiences are being acknowledged and validated. While some individuals may never change their prejudiced behaviors, sharing these stories gives a voice to those who have been marginalized and helps pave the way for a more inclusive future. It's disheartening, but we must continue to speak out against hate and discrimination.
Excellent story...let us pray that this will be a lesson for others on the racial page will find truth & understanding of people of color are beautiful people too....AMEN AND AMEN 🎉🙏🏿🙏🏿
Kee, it real. It's a Black male, which is the most commonly whites who think they are the gift of God racist attack!! Bottom line they envy us. And their only manhood is their guns and lording over dumb white females.😡
Thank you for speaking out against injustice. Your stories are incredibly important and truthfully reflect the daily realities faced by Black people and other communities of color. Sadly, I have faced racism throughout my life, and your stories give a voice to people like me. Can they change the minds of those who harbor hatred? Some might change, but many will carry their prejudice to the grave. It’s a bitter truth, but an undeniable reality.
Wow, imagine treating someone like trash just because of their skin color. Guess the manager thought 'racism' was part of the job description. Wonder how they’ll explain this to the CEO?
Justice served! It’s satisfying to see bullies face consequences, but it’s sad that respect only comes when someone has connections. Shouldn't everyone be treated with dignity regardless of who they are?

Thank you for sharing such a powerful story. It's both inspiring and eye-opening to see the harsh realities many people face daily. Stories like these not only highlight the injustice but also remind us of the importance of empathy and understanding. I wonder, what actions can we take as a community to reduce these prejudices and build a more inclusive environment? Let's continue the conversation and share ideas!
If you are reading this, I’m sending you endless blessings and good vibes. May every challenge you face turn into a stepping stone, and may you be surrounded by love and light. 🌟
What is it with racism I don’t understand..but I like they why Jamal handled everything..cuz I will act very quickly if it happens to my🤭very good story ..lovit 💯♥️
@Sarie ... do you not know anything about slavery? These are the descendants who were taught at home prejudices and hatred; from generation to generation 😢
Okay but why black this black that, but not pink manager this, pinky bully manager that, this is definitely not fine to us Africans to be lebal like objects 🫨🫨🤯🤯🥹🥺🥺😳😳😫😫😫😲😲😲🥱🥱🥱🥱🥱
An all too familiar story, I’m afraid, for our Black brothers and sisters, although usually not with a happy ending like this. I am sad, though, that the story couldn’t have also spoken to the virtue of forgiveness. That is not to blame victims for not forgiving, rather that David, the CEO, could not accept Gary’s words of repentance and been willing to write a letter of reference for him. David could have written about Gary‘s work performance in the company and that he thought Gary has learned his lesson and deserved a second chance.
The story is beautiful and really inspiring. However, it's important to recognize that stories don't need to be centered around color to be meaningful. We are all humans, regardless of our race, ethnicity, gender, or socioeconomic status. What we all deserve is mutual respect and understanding. @i'm Asian/Filipino
I think there is also room here for teaching forgiveness and mercy. Jamal and his father could have found out if Gary's changed attitude was sincere and given Gary a window to reentry.
This video was truly inspiring. Please make more like this!

It does not matter if the guy was black, yellow, green or a CEO relative. He deserved all the respect given to others.
That’s the point!!!
@Jennifer ... correct and you did not include whites; who created and passed these prejudices and hatred to every generation. 😢
Absolutely
Absolutely correct. But what is mentally wrong with people that are racist in 2024 almost 2025. Being Black on planet earth is
Exhausting.
Kee, it real. It's a Black male, which is the most commonly whites who think they are the gift of God racist attack!! Bottom line they envy us. And their only manhood is their guns and lording over dumb white females.😡
I love this young man spirit ❤

When will people ever learn!
Gary did this to himself, have to be careful how you treat others.
Good story!

Great video, thanks for sharing!
I really enjoy listening to these stories
Jesus said. "Do unto others as you would have them do unto you". Good advice.
I'm very sad that black people are always treated badly :(

People like Gary are required to make amends. Start helping those who have suffered through racism! 🖤
I love this story them always feel them superior to black people

Some people will only respect you if they know you have power or connections. Sad but true
The guy with white skin name Garry fired. Never return to this company again
Well narrated with a social injustice theme! Treat people as you would like to be treated. 🤩💜😎

@@jackiemarieadams7764 I not it all to very well 👌🏾
He really focused 😅😅😅
Sadly for majority of victims, ceo is never a relation& no one2 call upon.
I am sure you meant Black son not boy. Thanks for saying Black man afterwards. ❤ Video mirrors 98% of every work place.😢
Gary must be sacked.
What go around comes around
This should be a lesson..never judge a book by its color, because it may not be what you expected!
Vry gd story. The theme crux of it, since Bibilical time. Tks.
Great story. Sadly, this is the reality for many. May it be race, gender, etc.
Again, what is the name of this business so I can boycott it for being so poorly managed by the CEO?
Okay but why black this black that, but not pink manager this, pinky bully manager that, this is definitely not fine to us Africans to be lebal like objects 🫨🫨🤯🤯🥹🥺🥺😳😳😫😫😫😲😲😲🥱🥱🥱🥱🥱
Watching this video reminds me of working at Litton Guidance and Control in Woodland Hills CA.

Gary, should not be given a second chance,he will never change
Did this happen at the company in Vancouver WA?
I loved this vignette!
God loves everyone in Jesus name amen
The word "palpable" should not be used so often and in each video! Although good stories, the conversation style needs to be changed a bit.
When JESUS comes!
Jesus is an historical figure. He's dead and gone.
@petermc3986 God is not mocked Believe me upon his return you will bow and confess that Jesus is lord. Hope you repent before it's too late.
No,He Lives.
This is the norm in the USA.
Black boy
Wooooów
This racism is old. Just tried of the whole thing enough already.
TIME FOR A CHANGE
