The diamond baguette 126506 is absolutely stunning! Pictures across various sites online don't do it justice (nor even come close) to seeing it in person; your review is on point, it's an amazing timepiece. The way it captures and reflects the light is second to none.
Amazing time piece and excellent review, as an older enthusiast on the 116 reference I found it a bit difficult to read the time with as there is very little contrast between the dial and the hands. Easily solved by rolling your wrist. Have not seen the 126 it in person perhaps the Ice Blue is a bit darker now.
Rarely do I comment on watches … BUT … I have to this tike, a 9.3 and one comment said an 8 … let me remind you this is the 1st Rolex in history with an exhibition caseback, let alone the platinum model is the only one with a gold rotor … non baguettes for sure … this is peak of the line for a sports model … the only thing I could compare this to is a 116509-0073 meteorite full white gold … Thing is a unicorn … respectfully the PLAT is a 9.5 and the meteorite might be a 9.9 …. Hard to say honestly, never seen one in person, was offered the 116506 two years before Covid …
I hear you! 9.3 9.5 is similar, in my opinion, and yes, this is one of, if not the best, Daytonas produced. And yes, this is the first Daytona with an expedition back; however, it is not the first model in the Rolex line up with one. In modern times, the Cellini Prince and very vintage examples include Op's! There is some chatter about whether those OPs were ever sold or were expedition only. The irony here is incredible. Both the 125606 and 115606 are killers, I do agree.

Spoke like someone who knows well. Thank you for the feedback my friend 🙏🏼

Thank you so much for the kind words. And yes I agree with a small roll you’d be ok hopefully. Welcome to the channel!
Another great watch! Thank you for showing it off! I give it an 8! Cheers,
I like your style, 8 is solid for sure. And you’re most welcome. Appreciate the support, feedback and YOU 🙏🏼
