They spent their days exploring the verdant forests and their nights dreaming of distant stars. One fateful afternoon, their lives changed forever. A Jedi Master named Elaris, drawn by a vision in the Force, arrived in Eldara. He sensed the raw power emanating from the twins and offered them the chance to train as Jedi. "I feel the Force in you both, like a raging storm and a calm sea," Elaris said, his voice resonating with the wisdom of the Order. "With training, you can bring balance and peace to the galaxy." Liora's eyes sparkled with excitement. "Imagine, Kaelina, we could be Jedi Knights! We could see the galaxy, fight for justice!" Kaelina, however, felt a knot of apprehension in her stomach. The idea of leaving their home, their family, everything they knew, filled her with dread. "But what of our life here? What of Mother and Father?" Their parents, supportive yet concerned, left the decision to their daughters. That night, the twins sat beneath the ancient trees, the air thick with the scent of blooming flowers and the hum of life. "Liora, I don't know if I can do this," Kaelina admitted, her voice barely above a whisper. "The Jedi way... it's not for me. I want a simple life, here, with our family." Liora turned to her sister, her face a mix of disappointment and determination. "Kaelina, we have a gift. We can't hide from it. We have to use it to help others, to make a difference." Kaelina shook her head, tears welling in her eyes. "I can't, Liora. I feel the Force, but I don't want it to define my life. You go. Follow your path. I'll be here, waiting for you." The next morning, the village gathered to bid farewell to Liora. Kaelina hugged her sister tightly, a sense of foreboding gnawing at her heart. "Promise me you'll be careful," she whispered. "I've got a bad feeling about this." Liora smiled, her eyes gleaming with resolve. "I promise. And I'll come back for you." *** Years passed. Kaelina's heart raced as she recognized Liora, though her sister's presence was darker, her eyes harder. "Liora, what happened to you?" Kaelina asked, fear and concern mingling in her voice. Kaelina shook her head, tears streaming down her face. "I can't. I won't. You've lost your way." A tense silence hung between them, the storm outside mirroring the turmoil within. Finally, Darth Vespera turned away, her voice cold and distant. "Very well. But remember this, Kaelina: the Force binds us, whether you accept it or not. Our paths will cross again." As she disappeared into the night, Kaelina felt a deep sorrow and an even deeper resolve. She knew that one day, she would have to face her sister and the darkness that had consumed her. Until then, she would prepare, embracing the Force she had once tried to reject, for the fate of their bond and the galaxy rested on her shoulders. The paths of the Voss twins had diverged, but their story was far from over.
There are Pitch Meeting videos for every Star Wars project, and they are all gems. I highly recommend watching them all. It'll be super easy - barely an inconvenience.
The ‘OSHA’ joke to open was pretty good. It is amazing that nobody in the production team though the name sounded like the gov. agency. Then again so much was missed or ignored by the producers that it is not surprising.
Whenever I hear about The Acolyte I remember what Palpatine said about Nute Gunrays buddy in Episode I, “Viceroy, I don’t want this stunted slime in my sight again.”
I was so waiting for Ryan to do his Pitch Meetinng on the Acolyte lol. Ryan could actually have enough material to do 2-3 episodes of Pitch Meeting with the many many terrible plots in the 8 episodes.
“So there’s no soul (Sol) and then also that guy dies.” A great line that you may have missed when watching this Pitch Meeting the first time. I enjoyed watching you cracking up at the devastatingly accurate zings, a contrast to your disappointment and rising outrage as you went through the season with this series. Some things were too bad to be funny and can only be met with cold silence. Like Ryan George’s Producer Guy, when you hit The Witch Power Chant, the smile was wiped from your face and there were no words.
Star Wars Acolyte. The show where Jedi masters act like students at uni, handling problems problematically while causing more problems along the way :')
The disney era sabers look like our collectible ones because that's exactly what they are, but with higher durability (all in the name of more realistic lighting they say). Just ignoring the fact it adds extra weight compared to Lucas era using lightweight props and actual fx, lending to the slower and odd looking fight choreography we know and hate these days...
Yes, the new lightsabers are just high-powered glowsticks. That's why nobody can hold them properly and the blades are so fat.. The hilts have to hold batteries that can run for a whole day of shooting. The old sabers were just sticks that were roto-scoped in post. Watching characters who can barely get their hands around the hilts (like Jekie) is just frustrating as shit.
They don't sound like the old ones either. I remember as a kid going, "whow, whow...whow" when we'd pretend, plus they had that "steel scraping glass" screeching when they touched, and just that low pitched hum when they were on. They sounded deadly.
I did try to explain the first four episodes once to a coworker, and we kept stumbling on the question and eventually the response of, "How does that happen? How did Sol know it wasn't Osha? Why did 1 literal shiv kill a Jedi Master? Why is there a fire in space? Why is one of the jedi suicidal? What is with that stupid chant? Why are witches praying to a hole in the ground? How does fire spread so quickly across stone?" "I do not know... and I do not care. Apathy is death."
Yo dude fuck the haters I know you're a real one. Thanks for keeping interest in Star Wars alive. You've done more to keep me engaged with the franchise than anything else has. Thanks for all the work you do.
We finally bringing up that you can see the lightsaber blade plastic tube most of the time, even in the dark and you clearly see that it's just a prop. Where did the 180m go when even lightsabers don't look right?

We do have that here in Canada. Ryan George is Canadian as well and he got it.
The ‘OSHA’ joke to open was pretty good. It is amazing that nobody in the production team though the name sounded like the gov. agency.
Then again so much was missed or ignored by the producers that it is not surprising.
9:36 It was literally held by a thread
Pitch meeting is the only screen rant thing I actually like. Thankfully they got their own channel.
Whenever I hear about The Acolyte I remember what Palpatine said about Nute Gunrays buddy in Episode I, “Viceroy, I don’t want this stunted slime in my sight again.”
Ryan George is the goat. Been putting these out for years. So glad you’re putting him on your show
Finally someone said something about the sabers, they look like toys, with lights in them, your sabers looks better than those in this series
“His dark side.”
“He flashed her again?”
DAMN YOU FOR MAKING ME PICTURE HIM BENDING OVER AND- DAMN IT! I’m scarred for the now.☹️
I was so waiting for Ryan to do his Pitch Meetinng on the Acolyte lol.
"So there is no soul, and also that guy died."
Star Wars Acolyte. The show where Jedi masters act like students at uni, handling problems problematically while causing more problems along the way :')
I did not expect Ryan to call them space whiches😂
witches*
I really loved what you did with this video here and pitch meeting I would LOVE to watch you do the same for the rest of the Star Wars pitch meetings
Ooooh! Watching Ryan George’s Pitch Meetings is TIGHT! ❤
I was hoping this was a show about a sith and their apprentice, but no, we got this.
He’s covered every Star Wars thing to come out. They are all good!
I’m so glad you watched Pitch meeting. Ryan George always gives some good points especially on Disney Star Wars.
I wish actual pitch meetings were this honest
When she saw the ratings, Leslye Headlandtried changed the story while it was being aired, with data from focus groups. so this is quite impossible.
Reasons I'm Grateful for the Acolyte: Discovering Theory's channel.
Now I know where to go if I ever convince my brother to buy Theory Sabers with me.
Ryan George is a marvel 😂😂😂
"Stretching out things is tight!" "Paradoxically...Yes."
I love Ryan George, cool that you made this reaction
Real People like you, Ryan George, etc. got me through the lock down, incrementally happier with each video.
Ryan George finally got recognition by this man baby
Ryan’s ability to brutally dissect a story is a genuine super power.
Dude is savage lol 😂
The disney era sabers look like our collectible ones because that's exactly what they are, but with higher durability (all in the name of more realistic lighting they say). Just ignoring the fact it adds extra weight compared to Lucas era using lightweight props and actual fx, lending to the slower and odd looking fight choreography we know and hate these days...
revenge of the sith was peak choreography and I don't care who disagrees.
His silent reaction was one of a kind. He usually tries to make some sense of some particular scenes, but not this one.
Stretching things out is tight. top tier comedy...lol.
Sooo glad you reacted to this!! This show was MADE for a pitch meeting! LMFAO
The silence after the dumb chant was gold!
Ok, your voice is like a warm blanket or a toasty cup of hot chocolate with the little baby marshallows.
Simply soothing. 🗣💆🏾♀️🤤
I found the Pich Meeting channel because of the acolyte recommandation, and been binge watching it ever since
Are you freaking kidding me??
He paused on THE BEST JOKE! I was literally waiting to see his reaction to the "No soul, also that guy died" line 🤦♂️
I did try to explain the first four episodes once to a coworker, and we kept stumbling on the question and eventually the response of,
"How does that happen? How did Sol know it wasn't Osha? Why did 1 literal shiv kill a Jedi Master? Why is there a fire in space? Why is one of the jedi suicidal? What is with that stupid chant? Why are witches praying to a hole in the ground? How does fire spread so quickly across stone?"
"I do not know... and I do not care. Apathy is death."
A genius pop culture philosopher once said…
MAKE IT MAKE SENSE!
Been following Theory and Ryan George for years. This is freaking hilarious
Yo dude fuck the haters I know you're a real one. Thanks for keeping interest in Star Wars alive. You've done more to keep me engaged with the franchise than anything else has. Thanks for all the work you do.
Pitch meeting is on my top 3 favorite channels. Dude not only writes funny stuff but his delivery is top notch
I grew out of star wars
We finally bringing up that you can see the lightsaber blade plastic tube most of the time, even in the dark and you clearly see that it's just a prop. Where did the 180m go when even lightsabers don't look right?
hope you're good brother. been a while since we've spoke. looking forward to thos outlaws stream so much.
08:16 you paused the video at the worst possible time because you missed the best joke of the whole video:
"so there's no soul.... and also that guy died"
If you think about it though, those types of incredibly sensitive people that Headland and her ilk represent would absolutely be terrible at communication, they wouldn't want to offend anyone after all, so communication is hard.
I wouldn't call Harvey Weinstein an incredibly sensitive person, unless you know something about him that I don't.
@@c99kfm Who said anything about Weinstein? Stop making stuff up.
@@LocrianDorian Well, Headland used to be his personal assistant, so he's definitely one of the people she represents.
@@c99kfm She definitely does NOT represent Weinstein, that's a fucking retarded thing to say. If your family member or colleague one day decides to shoot up a street, does that mean he represents your own opinions? Don't say it's different because it isn't. She is bad enough on her own without Weinstein being in the discussion.
4:37 🤣 “This place is made of stone, so the fire spreads quickly.” 💀
Just gonna tell people to watch this instead of the show 😂😂😂
He's very funny, comedian by night. RUclipsr by day.
"I mean, this show destroying the franchise might be complicated to accomplish"
"Actually it's going to be super easy, barely an inconvenience"
"Oh really?"
"Yeah, you just need to ignoring the canon, destroy the character development and insult the loyal fanbase"
"Ah, betraying a loyal fanbase is tight!"
So happy somebody finally said something about the lightsaber quality
