Simply not true. Pantera is one of my favorite bands, The Great Southern Trendkill being my favorite album of theirs. I've listened to every song from CFH, Vulgar, Trendkill. Notice how I skipped over Far Beyond Driven which is in the middle of Vulgar and Trendkill, because i have not made it a point to listen to every single song on that entire album, same goes for Reinventing the Steel. My coworkers play a song that I clearly identify as a pantera song that I've never heard, I look and it is from Far Beyond Driven, hence why I never heard it. but now I have and that's one more song I can claim ik of pantera's discography despite that I've been listening to them for 15 years, no I still have not heard every single track and it's not because I "ditched them" it's because I don't make it a point to listen to a bands entire discography as soon as I discover them, but instead I like to discover their music over time to give me something to look forward to instead of instant gratification, which I stated as such in this video.
