Not sure why you quit fishing on the wild fly channel but definitely prefer what you guys are doing! Love the past projects, the cooking and adventure but most of all the fishing. Well done from one utahn to another!
You aren’t joking, the dynamic was kinda weird in some videos though so I can see that something could have happened that caused them to want to pursue their endeavors separately
I was a big fan of the short bus, as I think we all are. but, I have a feeling that on the Colorado trip wild fly probably pushed too hard to monetize the entire trip. it took away what made the series special.... the camaraderie and the bros having fun fishing. It seemed really forced with the stops and who to fish with on that video. however I hope both companies and dudes stay friends at the end. @@hankremer6606
Great video. Would love to hear as to why y’all and Scottie/Wild Fly parted ways. Don’t get me wrong, I’m happier to double the available great content but still curious. Regardless, keep it up boys, love y’all’s stuff
Good to see another video from Utah! Dude……you are Hobo Steve! Ruined that Ribeye with those instant potatoes. 😂. Uintas or Boulders or somewhere else?
Yea online information can be misleading at times. I was at those two lakes a couple years ago and they’re very prone to winter kill and dnr just doesn’t stock a lot of those lakes up too. Don’t sleep on that region though and make sure the lakes you fish have a spring or stream going into them and you could get lucky
Harbor Freight Badlands winch would be a pretty good add on. May need stiffer suspension in the front. Might as well do rear while at it to help stiffen the rear when you’ve got a boat or a bunch of weight. Id imagine its pretty affordable for this little thing
Great videos guys. Just watched this again and have a question. Who did the art graphics for the opening scene? I'm looking for someone that can do something for me. Keep making great videos look forward to them.
Hi Thanks for the quality content. what is the engine inside the Isuzu? petrol or diesel? what's you're experience with it in terms of consumption ? thanks
Great video guy. Where did you get the ladder for the back door of the trooper? I want to get one for my Gen 1 as well. Also... Any reason you got rid of the steps that attached to the spare tire from the previous videos?
Ladder cam from the same fab shop as the brush guard and rack. Watch the build video for info there. Just didnt need the steps on the rear tire because of the ladder.
Great video really like how you guys are getting after it. Would like to see you guys showcase your flys rather than some old Isuzu(which is cool cause I have one)and some rods that reddington makes. Seems like both parties(BLC and wild fly) are straying away from fly fishing content which is what your best at and I think what people want to see. Sorry Not trying to criticize cause I know RUclips content is hard to produce. Cheers
Thanks! Glad you enjoyed it. Just trying to keep it interesting for people who don't just want to watching fly fishing. The last 7 videos we released are exclusively fly fishing content, those seem like pretty good metrics for YT content for us. Thanks for the feedback!
Haha! We were reading this like "What is this guy talking about??" so we went and looked back at the footage... It's a Milwaukee screwdriver from the set we brought haha. Had to do some maintenance that evening.
Steel wool will combust when connected to a battery, 9volts are really convenient since they fit into small dry bags and have positive and negative on the same side so you won't need a wire
@@TheSkiffWanderer Sounds like in Louisiana, we'll get the single barrel, rare-release, Buffalo Trace and NOT share it with Adam and Steve. Lessons must be learned!

Agree. The videos are now “strange” to say the least. I dig Wild Fly
@@hankremer6606 wildfly isa little too green and hippy for my liking. I definitely prefer the blue line bros

"How do we start the grill?" Steve sitting next to a fire "I have no idea"
Not one person on this trip is known for their intelligence.
meanwhile there's a red lighter sitting on the hood LOL
Love it, boys! Always great seeing The Hobo Steve in action
Happy Hobo Steve, happy life.

Thanks, we totally agree! Feels like a totally different truck.
The Blue-zuzu is looking built and awesome. Well done.
Steve's legs look like two sticks of chalk -but that sumbitch can cast. Izuzu looks great. Nice build.
Haha!
Hobo Steve eating like a king AND Gets a boat!!! Another great vid! Keep on dong it Boys!!
Love your content gang on here lads. Though I do love the content you did with Wild Fly, hope you guys can collaborate in the future.
Perfect build
Shoutout to the white-crowned sparrow singing his jewels off at the 7-minute mark
Hahaha Wish you'd been there to point that out. Would have really made the trip.
Great video!! Utah is such an underrated state for flyfishing…good to see you boys showing it off.
It is! Thanks, glad you liked it.
Don't let the secret out!
Sweet vids. Enjoy you guys doing your thing, especially trout style.
I always get excited when you release new videos.
Thank ya!

Do you think they split? I thought they were great together
Looks like a fun trip fellas! The Isuzu is coming together real nice.... Just missing one thing. TURBO DIESEL!
Only 1 thing missing.... TURB DIES ... Coming soon? Maybe?
Just picked up the new Redington set and a shirt! Keep it up guys!
Amazing vids fellas. Keep them coming. Congrats on the plugs
Time to give the Isuzu a name!
We've been thinking on it. Taking requests....
Isuzu looking clean!!
Squeaky Clean Zoo
My guys! Crushing it
Thanks bro!
ARB awning side mounted to the rack. It’s a great addition on my rig.
Long live the Isuzu!
Isuzu 4 Ever

Dont tell me hobo steve aint got a lighter we all know.
Great stuff guys. Really digging your channel.
We appreciate that!
did you guys and @wildfly break up?

Haha, wish you were there and we would have put you on baked potato duty for an hour.
Awesome video, although a few more Shrek quotes wouldn't hurt.
We'll see what we can do for ya!
Awesome!
Thanks!
Team up with wildfly again!!!

Sweet episode! Any more short bus diaries next year?
I think you should make that bus a overlander vehicle to go fishing with. The exploding potato’s

Check out the previous build video, or the intro Isuzu video where we go over the motor for more info. Its the 4cyl gas motor.... for now.
You guys motivated me to keep my ‘89 Trooper. Was the new bumper and ladder from the same guys that built the roof rack?
Awesome! We are loving ours.
Yes, the same fab guy did the rear bumper and ladder.
😊 read beer definitely catch fish. Keep it up guys.
Red beer works bro
Do you guys still have the short bus too? The new Trooper is a sick addition for the tighter trails and lighter gear trips.
No more Wild Fly/BlueLine collabs?!!

I thought you had a bus for this kind of trip?
I think you’re allowed to own more than 1 vehicle?
Bus won’t go where the Isuzu can.
Wasn’t that a lighter sitting on the hood? The red thing?
Haha, actually was a screwdriver. Already a comment thread about it.
What are those backpack floats called?and where can I get one?
They are from Outcast! Links in the video description.
