The government should pay you because nobody has ever made me want to visit Australia like you do. Unofficial ambassador of tourism you are. I never knew there was pine trees and snow and lush forests in Australia til I saw your channel.

yeah I think a lot of people would be surprised by Australia. Most of Australia is a dry hostile desert but the East coast for example is a belt of god given beauty ranging from the far North Queensland at the top of the country all the way down to the South to Melbourne. In fact if one wanted, they could almost walk the entirety of Melbourne to Brisbane in a chain of near unbroken pristine forests and bushland, with fresh running creeks littered throughout.

@@emenefer As an Australian, I appreciate your point of view, but in actual fact much of Australia is privately locked up. Our National Parks system is also very strict on hunting and camping etc. Free camping is illegal in most places. There are only a few National Parks where you can camp outside of designated camping zones.

Scotty is THE most responsive RUclipsr/social media guy I've ever contacted. He has always responded to my comments and random questions; from "what hiking boots do you wear?" To "which NRL team do you follow?". His videos have always helped me chill out and inspired some cooking. I liked and still cook his cauliflower tacos with coleslaw. 👍 He gives me something to look forward to watching in quite grey Hull (,east Yorkshire)

Scotty, sorry to say, but I burst out laughing at your 'sauce'! Never mind, you made a kind of ghee in the end, and baked your potatoes in the clarified butter. The curd bits just became like cottage cheese floaties 😁 I loved this type of video - simple trip but the country is stunning and the sounds were lovely. I'd buy a DVD/digital video if you ever decided to make 'nature videos' with just the sounds of nature. I miss the sounds of Australian birds and the bush.

Scotty, might I suggest when you do your fishing trips, you try wearing a dark coloured top/t shirt to lessen your visual impact on the fish. The light coloured tops make you stand out, especially as you're waving your arms and upper body about and with a dark top your image will tend to blend in with the background. Good luck mate, love the vids 😃, keep ém coming 🤩
