Thank you for your informative presentation. It is very similar to my project management template structure. I add Conditional Formatting to my Status column, where: "Not Started" is Pink, "In Progress" is Yellow, "Complete" is Light Green, and "On Hold" is Medium Purple with Yellow text. The color formatting allows a quick assessment of the project task Status.

I mean a detail explanations using real or fake project: what to do in "Communication plan"? What is the difference between Monitoring (3.2.1) and Project Management & Monitoring (4) ? What to monitor in each? What are (or could be) quality deliverables? What is Effort in the sense of PM (what to track)?
