Sinubukan ko po ito gawin today. Malambot ung tinapay :) Pero ung filling, siguro lasang classic Spanish bread kung margarine or salted butter ang gamit. Unsalted at light flavor lang kse ang butter na ginamit ko.

Thank you for this recipe, I tried this three times now and its very nice. I love the texture of the bread and the sweetness pf filling is just right but i would recommend making more filling as i didn’t have enough for all the bread. But overall i would recommend your recipe.

Your recipe is the best I tried. Easy to follow so it's the keeper. I love it. Next time I'll bake, I will use dulce de leche as the filling. I'm sure it'll be good . Thanks for sharing your recipe 😀
I’ve made this a couple of times now and it’s turned out great. I do have a question though.. I used the same yeast as the video but it doesn’t seem to rise as much as the video? Also my dough has never turned out to be so smooth when I try to stretch it out and see how smooth it is it just tears.. Any advice? Thank you!
I usually use instant or rapid rise yeast but still bloom it. That could be the reason but any yeast that needs to be activated should be okay as long as you have the right water temperature which is about 110F. If it is not smooth enough it means it needs more kneading.

I used instant but still activate it. I always get good result when I do that but you can just add it to the flour if you like.
