I watched the video. I do not see how anyone would think that was reasonable force to effect an arrest. They are supposed to use the force necessary to overcome the resistance. Deadly force was not justified. I looked like he ran over him intentionally.
I wonder if they would have the same response if it was their son would they still want full justice or dismiss because he was doing his job
