I began the semester lost!! My professor has a way of teaching that I didn’t click with though he is awesome and very caring about his students. After each lecture, I came to Melissa’s channel to go over what my professor lectured us on. 4 months later, I received an A- in Che118. If you’re having trouble in your course, I suggest coming on here after each lecture. It will really help. My professor always says ChemIsTry...if you try, you can pass! I got a 100 on my calculations test after watching this video along with her other calculation vids. trust me you can do it!! Thanks for the help, Melissa! (P.S. can you help me with A&P?? lol jk)

Okay, for most people who don't understand the Table thing, Here is my little of understanding.
    1. Always use what you given and what you are asked to find, it will help you know what exactly you need to compare and stuff.
    2. ALWAYS FIND YOUR MOLES‼ Whether given concentration or mass, always find your moles using one of the formulas. Using the molar mass helps when you want to take mass to moles.
    3. MOLE RATIO‼Like Melissa said, the guide to your mole ratio is in your balanced equation. (at least know how to balance an equation and basic maths🙃), and the mole ratio should be between the compound you were given and the one you were asked to find.
    4. Find what you are asked for, using the moles you found from the equation. So whether you were asked for the mass or concentration or number of particles, HAVING YOUR MOLE ALREADY LEADS YOU THERE. Just substitute and do some math gymnastics, and you will definitely find your answer.
I Hope this makes it a tiny bit easier. It is still no different to Melissa's work
If you reading this, YOU NOT COOKED YET😜

    READ THIS!!
I have a new video that explains this in more detail here: ruclips.net/video/jrPSOrKUs6Q/видео.html
Also here is the first question 0:43 broken down into individual parts.
So we are going from 48.64g H2O to grams of H2O2
    Step 1: Convert gH2O to mol H2O
    Using the molar mass of H2O as a conversion factor 1mol = 18.02 g
    48.64 g H2O x (1 mol H2O/18.02 g H2O) = 2.6992 mol H2O
Step 2: Convert mol H2O to mol of H2O2
Using mol to mol ratio from balanced equation 2 mol H2O2=2 mol H2O
    2.6992 mol H2O x (2 mol H2O2/2 mol H2O) =2.6992 mol H2O2
Step 3: Convert mol H2O2 to grams of H2O2
    Using the molar mass of H2O2 as a conversion factor 1mol = 34.02 g
    2.6992 mol H2O2 x (34.02 g H2O2/ mol H2O2) =91.83 g H2O2
If this isn't making sense then I recommend watching the previous videos that explain each conversion factor, once you understand what each conversion factor does then putting them altogether will make sense.

    Whoever dislikes this downright doesn't like chemistry;
And doesn't want to open their minds to any other source of learning.
    Don't listen to them, Melissa:
    Keep on working your magic.
    AND BEING THE YOUR BEST!!!!

What a great recap. I learned this in honors chemistry and never found it very difficult. We got back our tests today and I was shocked to discover I received a 100 while most other grades were poor. I can imagine if I was in their shoes this video would be helpful. Keep up the good work.
