    I've learnt that m = n x M and n = m/M are formels that you can use when you want the mole mass, mass or the amount of substance.
    For example: Calculate the amount of substance for 750g propan.
    Propan= C3 H8
    12x3 + 1,01x8 = 44,08
    750/44,08 = 17,01 g/mol
    Also I understood the video very well!

    1 (unit).mole of a compound Weighs the molecular weight of the compound, in (units).
    E.g.
    1 gram.mole of Oxygen (molecular weight 32) is 32 grams.
    1 gram.mole of any gas at Standard temperature and pressure (stp) occupies a volume of 22.4 litres.
    It will contain N (Avogadro's number) molecules 6022 x 10^20
    This has been found to be physical fact
    Molecular weight is the combined weight of all the atoms in the molecule.
    Atomic weight is weight of the substance atom, compared to a Hydrogen atom. I.e. the density of the gas compared to density of Hydrogen. How many times heavier it is.
    Lack of the above knowledge is what leads to the Endless Boloney and confusion which this teacher so perfectly demonstrates.

    For those who are confused
    6.02x10²³ = 602hexillion
    So it's a unit of measure.
    Half a dozen apple = 6 apples
    A dozen apples = 12 apples
    A mole of apples = 602hexillion apples or 602,000,000,000,000,000,000,000 apples.

It’s confusing because it’s such a massive unit of measurement, but if you just think of it as 6.02E23 it becomes a lot easier! There is a math element that is set-apart from other videos I have seen (which rely heavily on calculators, which belch out digits, with no mathematical accountability, nor understanding), that I can really appreciate, as it will carry into other subject areas, and serve me well, moving on in chemistry. 8:00 why ? It should be equal 2.4 ×10^24 cause we added a 10 to 24 × 10^23

      In the beginning of the video you said that the value of the mole is *6.02x 10^23 but it should be 6.022x 10^23!!. as mentioned in our book .
      Even I searched in the web and got the answer as 6.022x10^23*.

    7:47 its 24x10^23 or 2.4x10^24 (not ^23), nonetheless i really liked the video, you explain this better than my teacher.

      i was wondering the exact thing... I'm sure it would be 2.4x10^24 because 4 x 6 = 24 and by moving the decimal over one place that would make 2.4 x10^1 x 10^23 = 2.4 x10^24
