For anyone who gets the blackscreen and does not see menus or the CTRL + ALT + DELETE does nothing: Go to timestamp 1:23ish. Force Restart your machine 3+ times and a new menu will appear, this helped me uninstall recent updates that brought on the blackscreen for me.

For those who tried force shutting down 3 times and it’s not working, make sure to force shut down when the loading circle is still turning! I tried that and it finally brought me to “Preparing Automatic Repair”.

2:30 So to fix my problem of not being able to enter my user id and password after updating from win 10 to 11 was, i had to boot into safe mode to check my windows version, then i shutdown, then rebooted holding down F5 to boot into recovery mode. Navigate to troubleshoot, advanced tools or options. I clicked uninstall the latest feature updates. It basically took out the 24H2 update. I rebooted or restarted the laptop and viola the problem was fixed. I was able to enter in my user id and password. So for those still having problems, safe boot to check your version. Restart and press the F5 to boot into recovery screen. Uninstall the latest feature updates. Hope this helps.

If all fails, Just upgraded or downgrade your windows 10 to 8.1 (8.1 is faster and more stable) from bootable USB, download a USB bootable windows your prefer - install bootable stick, turn on, press shift and f12 (constinuasly - select boot from USB ) boot from USB install new windows ( choose upgraded or custom upgrade ) it won't remove your files , you can backup incase, then done✅ you move your files to your new windows then you remove the previously installed Windows. ( Switch of automatic updates after your Bluetooth drivers are installed )
