- Hi guys! Today we're making this cute miniature Dollhouse ^^ It's a dollhouse for dolls basically, and scale wise it's 1:144. I made it all with simply materials like popsicle sticks, fabric and glue, so it's not a hard project in that regard. You can also personalize it however you like; I went for a vintage feel :) If you wanna se more projects in a scale like this, let me know :D
Good to know:
I work in 1:12 scale, but you can make them in any size you want and add headpins to make them charms :) I used a mix of the polymer clay brands Fimo and Cernit, but you can use any brand you like. The liquid clay I use is from the brand Fimo. My mold maker is from Siligum/Sili-put.

This is a great tutorial, thank you so much.
I've spent almost all day building my little dolls' house. I painted the pieces first before gluing as I knew I couldn't be as neat as you. I made kitchen cabinets and cupboards out of off-cuts of foamboard, and a little wardrobe for the bedroom with seed bead handles all painted to look like wood. I also added a fireplace upstairs and a chimney of foamboard carved with a pencil to look like bricks. I used really fine needlepoint fabric for the roof and painted it slate grey. I think it may have to be a little landscaped home in its own right instead of in the dolls' house. I can't stop looking at it :D
I love this. It would look so cool to have the front of the house on a hinge that opens up

I love this scale. I enjoy working with it because you can get away with many things added to your creations. As in using the H, HO, N (to name a few) scales to compliment the 144. Love your work! Thank you for sharing!

really nice
You can stain most porous wood, like Basa or Balsa or popsicle sticks with diluted coffee. This brings out the natural grain of the wood (especially in Balsa) and strengths it as it dries in the grain. Then spray with matte or gloss to seal. You can file it before sealing with a soft sandpaper to give it a nice vintage effect.
My favorite part was the tiny pot! So cute :)
