The "ideal" version of this show that you're envisioning with expert help basically already existed - it's called "Seven Year Switch" and was on Lifetime, also by Kinetic. Dr Jessica from MAFS was one of the experts.
I just don't think we as people have seen many examples of guys like Caleb. I think both the public and Aria are not used to seeing a nice guy be kind and nice to a woman and it not mean something more romantic. Also Aria was in a toxic relationship, so the percieved limited amount of "good men" could have also made it harder to accept that there are other men out there with qualities like Caleb, without it having to be Caleb himself.
I can believe that Nick made a mistake with the tatoo given his impulsiveness and substance use, it would be upside down looking at it whatever the point it i can believe it but only bc my theory is that the only reason he had it in his phone to send accidentally is bc he saw JRs tattoo and looked it up and probably got inspo and was like im gonna get a tortured artist version or something
It may be helpful for this team of reviewers to know that this ridiculous show's asinine premise is based on the hosts' personal experience. She gave him an ultimatum, and the end result is their marriage. Their personal mess was quite the public display, as he'd been married to a high visibility celebrity, and considers himself a high visibility celebrity. I guess that is supposed to lend credibility to this silliness. They did it. So of course, that's what everyone should do....
Oh we know that they had an ultimatum situation but to say that that’s where the premise came from is not accurate I think. Unless they couple swapped for a few weeks, lol. This is totally different and nonsensical.
@@JasonReed-ml8hx They did date other people during their break, and it is the hosts themselves who claim that the show is based upon their personal experience. I wouldn't bother to make up something that stupid. Happy Hollerdaze to you all!
