I can't figure out the middle two chords. It looks like F, ?, ?, G. Could you let us know the chords you used? Great cover of an awesome song.
Looks like he uses C, Am7, Am, F, G, and possibly Dm.

It's pretty basic stuff. F-Dm-Am-G chords make up the chorus, and those same chords are in the majority of the song.
