I have absolutely no flight experience besides being a passenger, but I'm passionate and have watched many videos. If a person like me who basically knows nothing about flying could look at 14 days as a scam and just unsafe, I'm sure SO many others should. You can't even guarantee that you'll get all the weather types you need to train for in 14 days

I took a guy that had failed 6 times, Silicon Valley exec at a certain electric car company, Told him if I can’t get him through he doesn’t pay, Trying to imagine what it felt like to have 6 fails for a private. The guy got his rating and then stiffed me lol. Careful with guarantees. If you do ever make anything that can even be misconstrued as a guarantee, you best honor it 110%. It’s best to not make promises.

I thought I could get in and master flight quickly. I have an extensive background in engineering, physics and more sports. Was I flying a plane really well in 10 hours? Yes I was. Did I know anything else which is most of flying like ground, radio, procedures etc etc? No. That 1 month then turned into 6 months to be proficient at it all. DO NOT RUSH THE PROCESS!!!! I voluntarily went back and did the ground portion twice at least in class. Best thing you can do. Repeat it over and over

Just to study for the written test took months. Then the flight time is important and flying in various weather conditions because if someone took an accelerated route they have not truly gotten the right amount of experiences in all different situations and also different air spaces.

I went to Livingston. They are accelerated. They did everything they said they would and more. There’s like a one year wait list.,, but I’d send my kids there for sure. Com and CFI combined is like 8k. Compare that with ATP at 80k lol
