Dylan Greene if you want me to put u on to new music look up intangible. They only have one album called elevate. It’s on iTunes. I’ve always thought they sounded like Alice In Chains. Especially this song. This song sounds like something of their album. Go listen to them I promise you won’t be disappointed
Been playing this album for 2 yrs now... still not tired of it. But really, I can the same about, Dirt, Facelift, Devil/Dinosaurs, Black/Blue, Tripod... and Cantrell's solo stuff. ALICE is timeless.
i can still believe in great rock as long is Alice is making music. i will gladly spend my hard-earned money on any piece of music they ever put out. How a band can go thru such darkness AND lose one of the greatest frontmen ever, yet still kick this much ass is beyond me.
Amazing nothing like this I'm blessed to have lived a life to have alice in chains.music in it I'm 46 years old and heard them for the first time when I was 18 no other music matters
This is beautifully ! I Love all 3 albums from this lineup . They had the ball to not try to find a copycat , Impossible anyway Layne Staley was great Maybe Chris Cornell ,imagine CANTRELL & CORNELL together in a band. Love the new and old stuff !
The more I hear this song the more I like it. Yeah Its not Dirt, but you know what Its still very good songwriting. Cantrell makes really good music when he puts in the effort and I'm glad he decided to do this.
Please tell me I'm not the only one that hears Jerry "talking" to Layne somehow in nearly _every_ post-Layne AIC song? 😭 Seems like Jerry wants to "hang it up" himself. Gotta be mentally exhausting that people simply won't "let it die." Think it's a message to their fans: he's tired, he's lonely, he's over having to carry the burden of Layne's ghost everywhere he goes. So is RF the final AIC album? They finally rose above and out of the "fog" of their past life? It's 2022, it's been 4 years since RF, time enough to start on another album, but has anyone heard anything from the AIC camp to that end? I'm guessing NO. I have a feeling after this next AIC tour, they'll call it quits, to retire for real. They're all creeping up on 60, and R&R justs gets tougher and harder the older you get. Jerry loves the limelight and the accolades, he just hates that he still has to share them with Layne, after 20 years. 😭🎸🎤💔 *EDIT:* I just had a bit of an epiphany: the line "our burden is untied" I believe is Jerry's direct response to Layne's lyrics: "untangle you from me," in Head Creeps. So after all this time, he's doing just that, finally letting Layne go, and in the process freeing himself of the "weight tied around my waist" so he can get on with life. 💔🦋🫀🤔
Awesome CD....go get it...he has a beautiful voice..should not have to continue to fight against Layne's legacy...let him make his own...and his guitar...the best ♡♡♡♡
