him getting zanpakuto first try actually annoys me it took me 2 days to get it i kept getting all the swords wrong

Yo, for bankai let’s say you have it already and you switch to another element, do you have to do the all 3 parts again or only the last one?
Just the part your on, so if have to do the boss fight then once you roll you just do the boss

what grade were you when you got bankai? And what grade does the alt have to be?
You have to be elite grade to get bankai as well as grip 15 elite grades of other factions
