In the Vedic tradition, lust isn’t just about sexuality it encompasses all sensory desires. So it is encompasses a much larger range of gratification including things like lusting after the sense of taste by over indulging in food.
In fact Mahatma Gandhi said that the tongue is the first organ to overcome before we think of lower organs. He was great Bramacharya and practiced seminal retention for a large portion of his married life.
yeah, lust just means "lost in sensation". spiritual ego boost is a pretty strong sensation , right? think about HOW strong, though. lighting yourself on fire, drinking poison to ride on a comet, 9/11....etc. people who understand reality but use it like a weapon against those who don't is what is causing things like this where people are brainwashed in to making their own body their enemy. trying to suppress your body's fluids does the same thing as when someone dams up a stream, it turns in to a swamp.
Honestly, lust is not a bad thing unless it is completely out of control. Your desires are divine in origin and should be treated as such. To meditate or “be present” and allow yourself to experience all your feelings and sensations without judgement, is the key to a full and happy life.

@@jacktack77 Sorry but no. Lust is not bad, unless it is out of control. It is responsible for the over 9 billion people alive today. Try to have sex without it. It isn’t going to happen. The term lust just refers to your sexual energy. That feeling you get when you are aroused. What you do with that energy is up to you. You can express it through love making, masturbation, or you can breathe into it and transmute it. You can then use it for another task to improve yourself. Just because it can be misused doesn’t make it a different energy. It’s the same energy when you’re making “love” vs having “sex”. It is no different. The energy is like fire. You can heat your home with it or you can burn it to the ground. It is not good or bad, it just is. What makes it good or bad is the way in which you use it.
Different goals. Good or bad depends on desired outcome.

@@davidm1149 I think you are right, a big reason is the constant stimulation, like you said it is more difficult then ever to not be lustfull, I mean just look how woman are dressing nowadays, it is normal to post youself in a bikini online, or wear gym clothing that shows everything. Being so overstimulated not only through woman but everything else makes it hard to be still and calm. The bible(I'm a christian) says that god only reveals himself to you if you are still and quiet. The world is so noisy and toxic that I find it hard to be that way.

So from early years, people are already vulnerable and conditioned toward an inhuman, mechanical 'society' they're meant to accept as normal. Our spiritual awareness is at an abysmally low level, while we're avidly looking for the "super-kids" to run the corporations for the beast system. Left-brain emphasis also.

They always do this as a test to see how many will hold true to the divine prerogatives, the 'universal law".

Man. Thank you for this message. I thought I was going crazy because every time I retain, I get attacked by males and females who want to drain my energy. It's so exhausting. And when I do fall into temptation and give in, I feel drained and depressed and full of guilt and shame afterwards.

I’ve previously been battling with lust, letting it lead me to despair and falling deeper into the temptation. I overcame that despair, questioned the mind and those temptations have grown weak.

It's amazing how whenever I have a problem that's bother me, you show up with your message. That's feels great and crazy at the same time. I try to take care of myself, try to not drink alcohol, meditate, not eat meat, affirmate, simply be good. But lust and masturbation was always a big big issue to me. Just yesterday I asked God to help me with that and here you are with your message. It's amazing how this works. Thank you so much for what you doing here. If I could I would give you 100 subs.

I think the ultimate goal if someone is that way inclined, is to transform lust into love. Lust is morish and unfulfilling , love is satiating and leaves you feeling balanced. Its not a question of morality, only where you are currently at in your development. Regardless where you are at, meditation is always welcome

Was about to type a huge paragraph, got it summed up now. Basically when you’re trying to stop something or chasing something, you’re declaring that there is a problem or a lack of something? By trying to stop lust you’re unironically stating there is a problem of lust.
its a seeming problem but it ironically leads to transcendence of “excessive” instinctual demands which then leads to more serenity and so the problem is really a solution on a deeper level.

Man this rings so true. I’m going through my own awakening and I’m young(20), and trying to explain myself to anyone is like talking to a brick wall. It’d be one thing if they just disagreed, that’s fine, but when they tell I’m stupid or crazy for my beliefs, it’s tough. All this hate in the world and nobody accepts the person they need to point the finger at is themselves. Anyhow, I appreciate your wisdom and guidance!
Same my guy. I somehow just get drawn to the truth. I'm also 20 (almost 21) and I'm just not like others. The highest goal I have is self perfection, not money, not fame, not women. I still struggle with lust tho, we(I and many many others of our generation) were raised on p0rn. With this early acces to the internet, it is hard to quit, but eventully the light will win.
I looked at so many religions to find the core value of them all, always searching the truth. Diverse forms of Paganism, Buddhism, Psychonautic, Hermatism, Christianity, 0ccult knowledge and so on. I currently explore the abbys to know my/our enemy and understand the dark side, it is difficult, very deep and hard on the psyche to look the beast in its eyes, but it has to be done for knowledge is the thing that sets one free.
If you wanna talk or just write occasionaly I would be down. It is hard to find other people on the same path and in the same age who really want to grow spiritually, most of our generation is sooooo blind to the truth.

Also have I eventually noticed that all the top g0verment and d3epstate is involved in the 0ccult, fre3 m4sonry, b0hemian grove, n4zi(vr1l), 3pstein(+connection with disney), v4tican and so on. Even if I wouldn't believe in a sp1rit realm, the el1ts certainly do and they use it for 3vil and worship B4al to this day.
What I've found on my journey, the golden thread, is the objectiv good. Atheist are only subjectivly good which is flawed because we as humans are flawed. We need a perfectly good divine authority people can obey, if they have a humble heart and do so by themselfs. Call it Jesus, objectiv good, the sun(jesus is neither less a depiction of the sun god, the son of god, light of the world). I certainly want to be the best I can be, I don't care about the material gains, but the spirit in me, my soul, guides me into the light, it just attracts me like a magnet, even tho there is still great darkness in my heart, which needs to be slayen like a dragon to be finally conquored.
It is def hard to be this awakend in such early years, since almost nobody is on your side, you are the crazy one. I have to self isolate to guard my soul from people who want to drag it down. I can't taste the fruits of youth, doing stupid stuff because I already know it is stupid. Not engage in relationships because it will destroy you if you don't find the right person instantly and most w0man of my generation are vicious like vipers, only engaging with them for lust would also be coping for my soul. But if I have to abstain from it to be a person of inner light someday, I will persute this way of hardship even if the biggest storm tries to disrupt me.
I believe that what you said is true, it's simply the law of opposits spoken of in the kybalion. My generation is delusional like never before, but awakend like never before, the pendulum swings both ways to the same extend, although few are awakend and many delusional, like the bible said:" narrow is the gate into haven and few will go, but broad is the path that leads to destruction and many will walk it." The next generation will have an even broader gap since even more will be delusional, but even more will be awaken.

We must quickly understand that by saying that one is not good because it blocks our spiritual evolution and the other is not good because it blocks us, we are only limiting ourselves. We have morality and we must follow the rule that what you don't like, don't do to another. When it comes to lust for women, money and things like that, we have to live them as if they were gifts from God. Otherwise, we hinder ourselves and we can no longer live them because we think they are not good. Go and do what you want as long as you don't hurt anyone. God does not judge you. You are his child, go and enjoy maya without restrictions. If you are to evolve spiritually, it will come naturally. If it does not come naturally, it means that you are not ready. As long as you enjoy women, it's stupid to start denying it and going on a spiritual path. I think this is the biggest stupidity a man can do. Don't get into something you're not ready for because you'll hurt yourself. The moment you don't enjoy maya anymore, you are ready to go on the spiritual path.

Atm i start getting high NRG on retention to the point of nervousity when going to sleep. But also i just come from years of narcissistic abuse, what disturbs my calmnes.
But this time I don't relapse.
Using the kabbalah chakra points and conscious control based on the points, I reached a inner balance and acceptance with both sides of myself, the dark and the light. The balance is learning to control both halves of the energetic spectrum, the loving light energy and the dark energy like rage, lust, and fear.
With the ability to control both spectrums of energy you can know/ sense energy.
It's not about removing lust/ negative energies, it's about controlling them.
Balance. The demons surrounding me are in panic because I now control the negative energies they send my way. I will master both sides. There must be dark for there to be light. I will be one with the universe and watch those on each side. You can choose sides if you want. But I chose the universe and balance of both.

Correct me if I am wrong, it seems to me you talk about lust mostly as escapism?
When there is tension, the body looks for a way to release. If the tension comes from trauma which the mind does not wish to resolve (fear of facing a particular situation) the body needs a different way to vent. Smoking, drinking, gaming, buying, cleaning, hoarding, loving, it does not matter. It is a fear induced distraction from the real (probably karmic) issue.
In Dune, Frank Herbert lets the Bene Gesserit say, 'fear is the mind killer'.
In terms of trauma, a more accurate version is, 'the mind likes to protect the hurt heart by creating a protective bubble that uses fear to keep you inside'.
Anyway, trying to simply not release tension when the body requires it, will increase the tension hundredfold as you said. However, it provides the opportunity to find the actual matter that creates the tension in the first place.
If one is not ready to face their trauma, the escapism of choice can be switched.
Resolving the underlying issue is the preferable solution I assume.
I found that after resolving emotional issues, the tenseness disappears and leaves room for choice.
Im so glad i decided to not have kids, i turn 31 soon and i dont plan on making babies out of wedlock at all, theres real consequences in sex before marriage specially ending up havin kids with a female who is a jezebel or delilah

I’m in the same boat, don’t take this personally, I think for the reality for people like us is, our own ignorance, like that’s the duality of it? How what you’re doing or saying drives them crazy is no different from how they behave or think drives us crazy?
@@MikeTruemanVK I say nothing to them. I talk to them where they are AT. But when I see and hear “arrogant ignorance” it just frustrates me to see how much work truly needs to be done for there to be any collective change or ascension. Which the older I get, the more I realize,it won’t be happening and we don’t have as much power to elicit change as I had believed in my 20’s
