It seems to me that “old soul” can be used as a tool for the ego to try to increase its feeling of importance to a disproportionate degree compared to the small value that the term provides. It’s the perfect opportunity to give ourselves a spiritually fabricated pat on the bat for something essentially unverifiable and unfalsifiable. I don't know who thinks "spirituality" is about suppressing emotions & thoughts but that will cause more harm in the long run. If you don't released your emotions in healthy ways you will carry them with you like a container and then eventually there wont be anymore space to keep pushing them down and you will snap. Yash is spot on there is no techniques thats all mind trying to find solutions. Life did not come with a manual we are here then we not. Our existence is very mundane but the attachment to this mind and concepts make our life harder than they need to be.

Tough times never last

I appreciate this vid. I just started writing on this stuff and am fumbling my way through it. After hearing this, I went back and edited my posts realizing I wasn’t fully holistically approaching it. I need to keep this in mind as I write more. Thank you so much for bringing this to light! Man that’s so cool how this world works just a couple of days before I had an ugly situation in a public transport. Next day one dude of mine sends me a TikTok with me there and this dude. I felt cringe and didn’t like that my life being shown like that. I struggled for a while especially after another guy and one girl sent me that. But then I felt something deep. I reminded myself that I need to be the best friend for myself, only I knew the full story, and genuinely I shouldn’t care about what someone’s thinking). Now I’m watching this video seems like an approval of the higher forces. I drifted away from the point of you video and thought how many situations like this I had in my life and how wrongly it laid in my mind, made me weaker in some way. I’m so glad I finally got it))

I should have been dead at least 5 times in my life. 69 yrs old.but literally it was only the grace of God I didn't die . These were miracles. I was left with no other explanation. One of them I did die and came back. The EMTs were congratulating themselves and my first words were "God did it" and at the time, I didn't talk like that. I was on the fence about God's existence. I was told I wasn't finished and had to come back. I unbelievably accepted it instantly . I did not want to come back here. And I'm looking forward to my time when it IS my time God's plan , it sure ain't mine. It's been somewhat of a nightmare at times.

To take it a step further, you wouldn't be a doctor were it not for patients or illness for that matter. Osho once made an interesting point that in ancient China doctors were only paid so long as the patient was well. Nowadays, doctors are paid to address the patient's illness, which in Osho's mind, is dangerous because then the illness becomes the focus, not the patient.

A healthy lifestyle is important. It is also possible that the downloads and info will come because the desire, point, or design is to receive them despite whatever human being things we are dealing with. From what I understand Osho wasn't celibate. Like Yash says we just have to use our internal compass and not pigeon hole ourselves (giving the ego mind a task, path to seek, and ammunition to judge, incite, and persecute actions or lack thereof). Totally! I finally came to the conclusion when the unpleasant emotions rise and the feelings become unbearable what I do - I go, lay down and start self enquiry through asking my body with a leading of God what is this emotion/situation all about? It works - I released so much tension from the past situations that was stuck and repeated itself by triggers. The best simple thing - just to lay down and listen, and surrender to the grace. P.S. congrats on reaching 40+k followers! I know it is not that important to you, but still it is nice to see the channel growing and reaching more and more people around the world 👏🏼🌿☀️

I read a quote from a SR channel that every release is like a mini death! Don’t die for pleasure. But my last relapse almost 6 months ago I stayed present with the feeling and the bliss or euphoria you feel is yours that you can have all the time if you channel it properly theres no need to experience bliss thru the act of releasing. I was going through a really tough time last year and shit really hit the fan when I witnessed someone suicide by jumping of a roof of a building right in front of me. Then some time passed and I read this so called spiritual book that in a nutshell, said that if you focus on life being life and death then it will be and if you don't focus on it, it will be nice and peaceful all the time. Like do these people that write these books think that I'm trying to manifest a person jumping of a building right when I'm going through the most challenging time of my life. 90% of these book have no substance in them and the manifestation crap people are obsessed with is 100% bullshit like Yash has said millions of times.

What is the best help/advice I can give to a loved one who is coming to me for help? Thank you again yash 🫶
