This really spoke to me. I’m 43 male and. I always knew I had a certain gift and I always told myself even as a kid something isn’t right. Something don’t make sense about my life. I knew I brought out this anger or something in people and I didn’t know why. I’m very outgoing and optimistic person but yet I had no close relationships. It was if everyone friends family was keeping away from me and all I wanted was real connections… through out my entire life the world didn’t make sense and there was always a invisible barrier between it and me… I’m black in the south and did not connect to my culture, and I’m gay and didn’t connect with that lifestyle … I just do not fit in any box.2020 I had a nde and started a spiritual awakening and it only made me feel remote disconnected from the world. As bd the crazy thing is I look back at my life and I didn’t have one person who took an interest in me and made me feel safe or seen… yea I have always had peppermint in my life but it was always me bring a character in their lives but no one acted in mine… I really don’t know ghost I made it this long with no real emotional connections

What a synchronicity! 😮A minute ago I asked a very close friend to be honest with me if I show narcissistic patterns as I left a abusive relationship couple of months ago. I fear that I could assimilate those s..t into my own behaviour. So I asked her if she observed anything like that. And now I watch this upload 😮amazing times!!! 🙏🌞💜

This hit hard and timely. I was kicking my own ass over vaping. I quit this morning and am battling the waffle phase. As I found myself digging through the trash within 6 hours looking for my vape.

I have been delving for years, it comes and goes, atm I am experiencing deep work that’s “bobbed up” to the surface due to a really calm environment (living circumstance) it’s giving me room to purge the subconscious … experiencing nocturnal panic attacks, so allowing these as best as I can although extremely uncomfortable… changed my time of sleep, so sleeping in the day… my circadian rhythms are definitely tested, but felt intuitively to confuse myself to interrupt nocturnal attacks whilst still allowing for the changes/growth to take place… being intuitive can really assist with these storms that come which many people call “mental health” however are always “for you” and this needs to be seen because many “suffering mental health” are actually experiencing God and the dizziness of freedom ✨✌🏻

I hate that I can’t get past it and it was really getting to me because I didn’t understand if I’m conscious of it then why can’t I let it go. So this video really helped me

They say we have a bad and a good Angel always talking to us, just learn to focus on the good Angel, you will have to move slower at first because your not reacting, your responding, you are feeling both Angels and making YOUR CHOICE, it will get faster as you continue to pick the Good Angel.

Of course this video comes at the exact right time. I was having a conversation about this very thing last night, as I’m right in the middle of it. It’s exactly like you describe. I get spellbound by it. It kinda feels like sleep paralysis. My mind is aware but my body is still asleep and I can’t move it.

I’m powerless man, I’m watching myself stay up until morning, jerking off, scrolling phones, smoking weed and play games. I surrender, these habits are like hungry dogs always waiting to be released, yet I chained them to me in the name of “spiritual practice, going into the darkness”. I’m really pissed off, full of guilt and shame. But at least I’m aware, and I’m trying every day to change but it seems never enough. I won’t give up though ! 🙏🔥👊

I read a comment in a Tolle vid or something "you don't have to do any spiritual practice, forget about meditation because nothing exists and your ego is just a belief." I replied" good luck overcoming the character that you live through everyday when others around you are doing the same thing without daily practice " It's really a way the mind gets someone to avoid their growth. This morning during jappa an issue came up that I had to own and start working through. Without daily practice, you're spinning your wheels. May as well go to a church and remain living in the character with them.

Hey Yash This is spot on. I am doing some sticky shadow work at the moment and I was just contenplating about sharing something very difficult with somebody else: being seen with those shadows...so your title fits! However, I have one question(for you Yash but also others in the community that have something to share) How do you resolve/integrate those shadows on your own? Like I am doing it with other people but recently I am becoming aware of my inability to feel/express/feel seen by my own light of conciousness. Like its good to have other people and look at that stuff together but I would also like to learn how to be here and present for myself when I am "alone" cause that is what we always are on some level... Funny coincidence: just before I watched this video I was going to go on one of your zoom meetings. It was timed for 16:00 (in my timezone) and I remembered the appointment at 15:59. Unluckily I had not read the mails properly and did not know it costs and you need to pay before, my fault. Idk yet, maybe in future I will be attending one.

What I do when emotions arise and demand my attention is be aware of the emotions and simultaneously be aware of that which is aware of the emotions. It is in the felt that feeler can also be felt. Immediately inner space opens up.

I relate so much to watching my own darkness / dark patterns unfold and feeling completely powerless over it. I would just watch in horror and pray for the willpower to overcome all the temptations. It just didn’t work until I just got sick and tired of being sick and tired and finally just gave up the darkness. During that period I found an interesting bible verse that seemed to resonate with that sort of experience. Romans 15-18: “I do not understand what I do. For what I want to do I do not do, but what I hate I do. And if I do what I do not want to do, I agree that the law is good. As it is, it is no longer I myself who do it, but it is sin living in me. For I know that good itself does not dwell in me, that is, in my sinful nature. For I have the desire to do what is good, but I cannot carry it out. For I do not do the good I want to do, but the evil I do not want to do-this I keep on doing. Now if I do what I do not want to do, it is no longer I who do it, but it is sin living in me that does it.”

Many people would assume you can’t know god if you worship the devil/darkness or the lower aspects of ourselves. But what they would know to be god is just a higher level of their consciousness/awareness. And what they know to be the devil is a lower level of consciousness/awareness, and these are the ones which tend to make you feel like you’re in hell😈. Both are god or the universe working through us, and we kind of have a say in the matter, by the lifestyle habits and the thoughts we think and believe to be true. But then at the same time, we don’t, we think we do. But like a leaf falling from a tree with the change of the seasons, we aren’t in control of change, even if we think we might be, there’s still something clinging on. Especially if you have what is called “addiction” to one or many things.

Almost 2 months of SR. Cold showers, no coffee, no nicotine, no weed, taking walks outside, taking vitamin and omega 3 supplements. In a couple of weeks I want healthy dopamine levels. Thank you for making these video's.

These are monitoring beings planted in our lives to stop you from awakening and expanding in your gifts and talents that would enhance you vibrationally, and lead you to your purpose and bring meaning and importance to you.... they use ignoring, minimalizing, dismissing, and belittling light beings intelligence and creativity.....they use vices and tactics, like isolation, ostracization, ridicule, mockery, jealousy, envy, theft of your ideas and talents, identity swapping, after they make you and your ideas totally, irrelevant. It's incredible! Once you override it....through gaining your spiritual keys ....to your individual blueprint, you will learn to brush them off and stand in your true, rightful spiritual, autonomy. You will realize all those negative beings from our past are so insecure, that they cannot be you and have your spiritual keys and spiritual expression because they are of low vibration and cannot escape the matrix but we can and some have already achieved it. No wonder we didn't fit in .....they didn't want you to fit in and surpass them and risk your enlightenment and their exposure.

Do you feel like you have a head? I do but I am not sure if it's not just because of the pain caused by weed anxiety in the place where the head would be. And I am not sure if it's not a fear of losing my head lol? Does any of this make sense?

So if the desire is still in the body, is it workable as well to decide not to try and fulfill and instead ask God to somehow take it from you bc you dont want to try and fulfill it anymore?

Every time i think im getting somewhere I fall back into mental anguish... I cant handle it. I want my life to change
