Yes. they are high everywhere. I live in Park Forest. property taxes are more than your mortgage.
I've from Texas. I love Chicago and I've definitely been eyeing this community.
It is a great place to raise kids and have a family. It is very safe.

It is great place to live. The only issue is that kids have to catch the school buss to go to school.
