It doesn't look like it's lived in. There's no toys on the floor, no mail on the counters, the furniture doesn't look sat on, no cup on the kitchen counter, NOTHING to indicate any humans live inside

My modest home in naperville is over 12k a year, great schools and low crime. Similar home in Gilbert AZ. SIMILAR STATS 1200$/year

That’s not a house, that’s a compound. I was born & raised in IL and 11 years ago, we sold a 4,000sq.ft. house on 2.5 acres. The taxes THEN were $16k...I can only imagine what they are now

My friend grew up down the street from where this house was built (house was very nice but sub $1million. They must of torn down at least two properties to build this. Naperville is filled up so now a lot of older homes sell for 20% above mkt just to be torn down for mega mansions

Haha it’s Illinois we don’t have summers here😂 It snows from Oct- April(during those months it gets dark really early like at 4) then its still cold in spring and at the end we end up getting like 2 months of like summer weather, pfft nope not worth it you don’t even get to use it unless you’ll use it as an ice rink🤷♀️😂

Our taxes were $13,000 a year and we live just a few blocks from this house and it's a fraction of this size. Can't imagine what their taxes are.

According to Zillow taxes are $45k/ year. In Western NY they would be twice that.
Just add an indoor pool and hot tub it would be perfect. I can only imagine the heating bill.

This is weird, but I just talked in 'X'. X doesn't have a specific locus. It's not native to me at all.
