As a deadlock player I will tell you the kill buff is huge. There are so many out of map line ups that couldn’t be used because the enemy would just drop. She now has access to hundreds more lineups making her a lot scarier.
Bro what make deadlock not popular is that her ability to detect lurker is completely zero. This might just help people who champ this agent love this agent more, those who go with cypher / kj (even vyse) don't care.
The phantom was reliably strong and versatile to begin with but now it is a vandal light shield Meta killer for real. With its previous 124 HS and 31 body hit damage under 30+ metres situation or especially wallbang scenarios a light shield user would survive with bare minimum hp and is have bare witnessed to rounds where enemies were able to clutch out and get lucky due to above said. Though what said above is situational another thing that happened was that if caught off guard and hit 4 body shots at 30+ metres it would also deal 124 damage meaning light shield survives with 1 hp. Now basically if you are running a light shield against a phantom anytime in the game you can get obliterated, meaning that vandal and light armor is now weak af against phantoms. Additionally this may also give potential to Guardian plus full armor buys (3250 creds) but obviously u need good aim and range for the Guardian buy. Bulldog is even worse now as if you dink someone with regen shield they will get some shield value back and not be like 10hp for the entirety of the round
The Omen change makes me sad. The joy of Omen four me was just finding these random ledges I could throw a smoke on. I may learn . Astra or swap to Yoru cause I like being creative. The regen shield will be crazy on pistol.
@LotharVALORANTLaboratory I don't really like other duelists. Yoru is just fun and can be creative and tricky like Omen. I was learning Yoru lineups before Clove came up and Clove made me enjoy controller and swap to Omen. I may learn Astra cause I could see creative possibilities with her util.
Phoenix with his 150 wall + 650 shield is going to be the best agent on pistol rounds AND he can snowball his ult super early. Pretty cool. I disagree with the Cypher going to 7 orbs being bad. I still think it's more valuable than the Sage res, or at least equal to it now that it's also 7 orbs. It's way easier to use and harder to counter than Sage res. Phoenix ult still being 6 orbs is questionable though.

Honestly, I'd want combat report to be just after the round. It makes some clutches more exciting. Lets say you are in a 1v1 and you are low because of some shock dart or any other random chip damage, then enemy will play that completely differently. And that is because of info that they should not have. A lot of rounds are changed due to this without you even knowing sometimes. Removing utility info is a step in the right direction and the devs are aware of the larger issue, maybe theyll remove it completely in future.
Your point about the combat report is actually a very good one. If their intention is to hide info that you should not have, then damage should also be hidden. I sprayed a smoke earlier and only after dying did I know I hit Yoru for 70 and Omen for 35. I would have had no idea. Also want to add that regen shield is CRAZY. It changes a lot of breakpoints around, and on Phoenix it is completely BUSTED. Even after taking 3 rounds from a vandal, he can heal with his molly, the shield regens, and it's like he never got shot.

hopefully, Pro's gonna (finally) play like LOUD did a couple of times when they still had Aspas on the team: Duelist buying shield + (most likely) smoker or another defensive agent drops him a Ghost. Especially on attacker site its gonna be crucial (i did even a post on this 2 years ago with the calculation that u need atleast one more shot to kill someone with shields. 1 more shot = more time for your team to support u = win) + i think the accurancy changes are a good nerf for neon

The biggest issue with run and gun etc. was/is the getting randomly aimpunched. They have to get rid of aimpunch and undo the first-bullet inaccuracy nerfs and moving inaccuracy nerfs IMO. The guns are getting less and less accurate yet more and more lethal. Ares, for example--2 shot headshot now but is just gambling. Why not 3 shot head shot but more accurate? Same with Frenzy--0.65 degree accuracy nerf while back was horrible and makes the gun totally random. Why not damage dropoff instead? I hate all the randomness they are adding to the pistols. And bullet tagging just sucks too. If they want intentionality they should remove that.

Yes, they nrefed few patch notes back that she cant have the blind recharged.thats a nerf,not a bug lol. And the longer the bird fly time is the more the flash is gonna last, so quick flashing has the shortest time where bind b long flash lasts more
i mean, not being able to see damage would just Become Counter-Strike, you'd only see the damage dealt once the round is over, it would then become a guessing game trying to convey the damage you dealt to someone all through bullet tracers and impacts which sometimes hit but deal no damage ! then again riot loves giving indicators and informations its very noob friendly and helps new players. imo : it would make the game more competitive and very tactical aka people would play in a more restrictive manner with unconfirmed damage. that's it from the Yappatron 3000 ty

I think that the cypher nerf was handled horribly, it completely kills the way that cypher was played, getting kills from trips is now impossible and makes cypher the only sentinel that can't get a kill from his kit (killjoy has nades, sage has grim walls, vyse has, well, her whole kit, and deadlock has now a much better stuf compared to cypher's), I guess that 1 way cages could still be used in SOME scenarios, but they really aren't constintant at all, now all cypher can do is gain info, and I wouldn't have been too angry with it if they gave him some way to gain info better and make him "the" info gatherer sentinel, but THEY NERFED HIS ULT, INSTEAD OF BUFFING IT, what is cypher even supposed to do now? just watch the enemies entry in site without giving a damn about him? I could've understand if they switched cypher role to gathering a lot of information with stuff like making the usable also when people get in your trips and lower its cost by 2 orbs, or make it usable in any moment and lowering the cost by 1, but this? Welp, as a cypher onetrick since before the buff, time to uninstall, great, trips being unable to rearm was better than this wtf at least the two kills were guaranteed now it just sucks, sure the scan may usually still go through but by the time it does the enemy will usually have found the trip meaning they'll stay scanned for so little you barely get any time to actually capitalize off of it, and if they are pushing in a group the trip may as well not be there, wtf were they thinking

On Sunset def swap to vyse, she was already holding B better than cypher.
Skye flash bug is still not fixed--it always blinds 1.2s no matter what, charged or uncharged. No one at Riot plays Skye.
The more uptime the hawk has,the blind lasts long. So quick blinds having small "flash" effect
