- Scott Rudin, the mega-producer with an Emmy, Grammy, Oscar and Tony, has been accused of being an abusive bully. Earlier this month, the Hollywood Reporter published an exposé of Rudin after former assistants came forward calling him an “absolute monster.” Rudin once allegedly lost his temper and smashed a laptop computer on the hand of his assistant, who reportedly had to be rushed to the emergency room. Now, many in the industry are saying they won’t work for him anymore. #InsideEdition

@@peniparker7968 I've never been to LA, but I've heard that in a field as competitive as the film industry, someone as powerful as this dude could make or break your career. I think a lot of people in the entertainment industry have been working and training their whole lives, and might only get one chance to break in. So, I could see why he would feel trapped.

But it's not just Hollywood that has crazy powerful people like him CEOs of companies and big corporations. I even had a boss at work and he made life miserable for alot of women that worked there but we knew better than to say anything because of the repercussions, and it could tarnish our reputation so we could never get another job like that again. I left and did say something but it was hell and the amount of stress and anxiety it caused me was overwhelming!
