@izaiah4288 we will see how they strengthen the defense, and who they peg for OC and what direction the offense is going. They said multiple times about the big play and the vertical game but I'd rather pound the rock and control the clock. Sure the occasional bomb is good but we aren't going to be the 98 vikings or best show on turf.
Definitely want to see what Telesco does in terms of the roster, free agency and the draft with US in the next few months. Not focused on looking at what he did for the chargers. What are you gonna do for the raiders.

Telasco was terrible throughout his tenure with the Chargers. He doesn’t have a good record in the draft, free agency, nor in hiring coaches.

So excited for the new era! So pleased coach Pierce has taken the helm. I have been a Raider fan since 1976 when my late father took me to Oakland Coliseum on Halloween day to watch the Silver and Black beat the Broncos and then go on to win their first Super Bowl in January of 1977.

I can see how he sets goals by putting a vision to achieve. I see him working with his team as a leader and not being a stubborn wall for ego. I haven't been this hyped in a long time.

I always love Lincoln Kennedy’s analysis and how he keeps things in perspective. The years when the Raiders were winning the division or in the playoffs or in playoff contention were years they had strong offensive lines.

I am so happy to watch this video. The passion of the Raiders is back with Coach AP. He loves the Raiders like us loyal fans do that have been with the ups and downs. Luckily I have seen two out of the three Super Bowl wins of the Raiders. I was a bit young for the 76 year (7). The future is bright for the silver n black. I believe in Coach AP and the commitment to excellence, the Raider Way!!! Let’s go! Looking forward to some playoff wins and a future Super Bowl.
The best comparison to AP's situation is our own John Madden!
Al Davis hired him in 1967 as a, get this, a linebackers coach. It was his first NFL position, coming from San Diego State. Two years later he was elevated to Head Coach. Eight years later he won the Super Bowl XI. His NFL coaching record is 112-39-7 for 73.1% one of the highest in NFL history!

If I'm not mistaken I think the defense all get together every week for dinner. That's close. But the whole team is like real family and I'm proud to be a part of it. I really believe this team is going to surprise the NFL world.

Well Jim Harbaugh is going to L.A and now AP has to go up against Andy Reid with 282-160 (.638) record and won 3 super bowls, Jim Harbaugh 44 wins and went to the super bowl. Also Jim has 144 wins in college and also just won NCAA championship. Now there is Sean Payton with 152-89 (.631) record and won a super bowl Good luck to the Raiders! As a Raiders fan i hope this works out but with only 5 wins i guess we will see but if it doesn't we are screwed for years to come. Also we just hired a GM that has only been to the playoffs 1 time.
