I love the Google Keep idea! I just finished my first year teaching 7-10th grade history, so I think I might do this on the first few days of school! I had such a hard time helping my middle schoolers get organized this year! Hopefully this helps!

I have never even heard of Google Keep. I may need to check that out for myself. I think I might do the book recommendation activity. I feel like my third graders could be very successful with that. Thanks for doing this collab with me, Megan.

The Google Keep idea is fantastic! I've been bouncing around a few ideas for teaching planning next year to my middle school kids. I'm going to investigate this one further. Lots of potential here! :)

I love the bookshelf idea. So creative and gives insight to student book choice. Were you surprised by any student choices?

Have you ever thought about making a school time capsule? Check out www.timecapsule.com. There are many blogs about what to put in a school time capsule. There are also Do It Yourself time capsules you can use to paint, write on, and decorate for a school time capsule. These time capsules are definitely a way to leave a "legacy." I love the Google Keep idea. Thank you for sharing. As a fellow VIPKid teacher, you are very creative. I am sure your kids love your classes. Thank you for your links. Have a wonderful Summer.
