@@DafyddPhillips Are there designated areas that photographers can use or did you have permission ? Also, what time of day is best to be ready for - Are there morning take offs (7am etc) ? I'm thinking of travelling down for next Monday/ Tuesday. Any help would be much appreciated.
This is just so cool! I could watch military jets take off all day long!!! Question - why is it that you can see the red jets and in some you can't? It's just black. I thought maybe it was the angle, but there were many only showing black instead of red, even while angling up to ascend. Thank you for sharing this terrific video!!
Not only can it employ virtually every weapon in the U.S. and coalition inventory, it’s also comically versatile in terms of the combinations of configurations that can be flown. The same attributes also make the F-15 the workhorse for testing and fielding of new weapons, sensors, and emerging capabilities that eventually make it onto other fighters like the F-22 and F-35.
Thats what people like.Power noise and aircraft action. No music!
This is how these type of aircraft should be filmed.
Thanks for the video.

Thank you for another fantastic video Dafydd :)
From what i often read on the Mach Loop facebook page, F15 & other military jet action has pretty much dried up (Typical just as i'm upgrading my gear after 3 years of illness).
Is it still worth a visit to the Loop & hope to get lucky one day ?
Thanks lee and hope your on the mend.
The loop is very quiet these days apart from Texans, hawks, occasional c130s and rarely F15s. The typhoons have stayed away for nearly two years now.
I sit and hope that things will change back one day 🤞
@@DafyddPhillips Are there designated areas that photographers can use or did you have permission ?
Also, what time of day is best to be ready for - Are there morning take offs (7am etc) ?
I'm thinking of travelling down for next Monday/ Tuesday.
Any help would be much appreciated.
This is why we sleep safe at night, magnificent. Love our American brothers, and thankful they got our backs if shit goes down.
Agreed ✈️✈️🇺🇸👍
If I'm not mistaken, an Eagle has never been shot down.
Bad ass air superiority at it's finest.
Eye-candy like no other :-)
This is just so cool! I could watch military jets take off all day long!!! Question - why is it that you can see the red jets and in some you can't? It's just black. I thought maybe it was the angle, but there were many only showing black instead of red, even while angling up to ascend. Thank you for sharing this terrific video!!
You and Elwyn R must have been standing next to each other for this. He’s got these things taking off too.
We travelled up together, Great mentor ✈️✈️🎥
Not only can it employ virtually every weapon in the U.S. and coalition inventory, it’s also comically versatile in terms of the combinations of configurations that can be flown. The same attributes also make the F-15 the workhorse for testing and fielding of new weapons, sensors, and emerging capabilities that eventually make it onto other fighters like the F-22 and F-35.
