I think that's the direction Bungie is going. Have us take down Mithrax once he lost control in the "Kell's Fall" exotics mission and have Eramis take his place to complete the redemption arc.
@@nicke9012 yup Season of the plunder ended with him using Nezarec's body parts to reawaken Osiris from his coma. Unfortunately, Nezarec's corruption was funnelled into Mithrax.
