The reason that she looks young is because she is a Nikke, which can't age, and it is theorized she looks as young as she does because she died at that age. 3. Guilty has super strength that is so immense that she can't control it, a curse given unto her because of her Nikke body. However, you later learn that she uses her strength as an excuse to harm others. I won't spoil anymore, however. In summary, Nikke has a ton of good stories to tell with their characters, even if their designs are clearly "unreasonable" or exaggerated.
I think Maiden's power is to stop time and motion of who they target in the vicinity. Laplace ended up shooting herself before she turned, but for whatever reason, Instrinsic decided to stop motion and time while nuddering the gunpower... or some shit. Her other time in the story was when the Commander was able to trigger Neon's smoke grenade while captured by Exotic. She was able to stop the motion of both Crow and Viper. Crow seemed to have insider knowledge of Ingrid's "Ace in the Hole" and knew to turn off Jackal's ears. Apparently, that's what saved Crow and Viper as Jackal was able to hold both of them off before Jackal suffered "cardiac arrest"/ core jam from Guillotine.
