During this Elemental Adventure retreat we will be:
Trekking to different powerful Waterfalls in the area.. getting to feel the healing and transformation energy they hold and learning how the ancient people used waterfall sites as connection points into the magic and mystery of Mother Earth. (and if you feel brave enough to jump in!)
Discovering and Exploring networks of Crystal Caves only available during low tides. This entire area of Cornwall is made up of massive underground veins of quartz crystal.. and during our journeys into these ancient caves you will get a chance to see how much quartz is here in the land just below of feet. You will feel how powerful these crystals are and learn how you can connect with this vast crystal network in the same way the ancient people of this land did. (even finding quartz crystals you can take with you!)
Activating your inner Artist! I will be sharing more about the power of Sacred Geometry and showing you how to create giant Sacred Geometry Mandalas on the beach! (no experience necessary)
*Also optional Guided Meditations, Shamanic Sound Healings and Breathwork to further our re-connection to the land and these sacred sites!
