Im lucky to have seen him play live in 96. Dude was beast and just heavy. Recently seen pantera openong for metallica at giants stadium. Everyone was great, but you could feel that emptiness. Zach is awesome, as was charlie. It was good to see phil and Rex together again.
Still feel a little sick when I hear him play … I didn’t listen to Pantera or damageplan for 12 13 years it hurt. I’ve met Darrel and he was cool asf nice asf and a wild man . Him Eddie Randy and Jimi the big 4 in my world 🙏
The only time Pantera came to Brazil they fucked up the hotel room in São Paulo and then the producer canceled the show in Rio, Damn, was my favorite band at the time
Personally I have had it with these musical different level players dying so young. It is not fair. I really think we will know one day the answer. I miss this man more than I could ever explain. He personified the electric guitar and he made it do what he wanted it to do. Period.
