Blessings to you all for compiling this piece. Tears in my eyes too. The world needs this, we so need to gather and heal, there is a difference when we all gather in his name.
Amazingly Beautiful! Thank you everyone!!! I sang along with my daughter, wanted to pull out my flute and play along while ringing a handbell with y’all! So moving! Alleluia! He has risen indeed!
This was sung last night at the Tridentine Eastern Vigil Mass last night. It put me in such a great mood that I have been listening to various versions today. As a Catholic, I extend my wishes to the Lutheran community to have a blessed and happy Easter.
We sang this hymn, this morning in my United Methodist Church. Words a bit different, but the same message. Thank you for this beautiful choir and orchestra. He is Risen Indeed.
I'm Catholic and our local church didn't sing this hymn this year for some reason. Really disappointed, so came here to watch this right after Easter Sunday mass. Thanks!
This is wonderful. I've been teaching this hymn to my 5-year old granddaughter as we talked about the meaning of Easter. I can't wait to let her hear your beautiful music.
What a Blessing! Thank you for sharing this Beautiful work of praise to Our Lord! I’m heading to work as a Respiratory Therapist this Easter morning and this is just the therapy I needed 🙏🏽💙🙏🏽
Thank you so much, we were only aloud to have a few songs this year. Our pianist played this at the end of the Easter Vigil but, I needed to sing it. So thank you much.
Is that a melodica I see at 2:06?! Thank you to everyone who contributed to the video, and everyone who compiled it. I look forward to sharing this with my congregation on Easter morning!
I suppose due to the current situation and being forced to NOT gather together warrants this style of congregational hymn singing. However, this most triumphant and mighty of hymns is a far cry from this overly cautious, precise, as well as weak, spineless and with complete lack of enthusiasm and conviction rendition. I used to think of Lutherans, in general, as persons who were bold, and not afraid of risks; who thought about their faith, doubts, which made them stronger. I don’t recognize anything of that Lutheran faith from this. How could such a hymn as this be sung so uninspired?

Thank you! I sang along with tears streaming down my face! Hallelujah! Christ is Risen! He is Risen Indeed!
Me too!! Happy Easter!! 😄❤️🎉

Bro, chill... Happy Easter!
What's important Is they all gathered and worked in his name
When I was a Snowbird many years ago I played in the Bell Choir at Trinity Luthern Church in Kissimmee, FL. This is one of several hymns we played.
Magnificent!
