Nice! I was looking up the MWTR, because back when I was a young man, we cobbled together bikes out of whatever parts we could get, to race each other down from the top. Our average time from the top to the bridge at Eaton Canyon was 20 minutes. When we got better machines, it dropped down to around 17. We first started by pushing/riding up to Henninger from Eaton, then racing each other down. then we would drive up in a pick-up, leaving a car at the bottom. Then, when we got MTB, we rode up/dwn
We timed ourselves from the gate at the top, to the bridge at the bottom. When we had set up some 26" BMX bikes just for the Toll road, we clocked some times around 16 minutes. That is pretty fast. Usually the same group of guys. Mel Serrano(me), Bruce Hartley, Glen Abraham, and Steve Brown. With the exception of Steve Brown, who now races speedway motorcycles, we three were road racers, and I specialized on velodrome sprinting. The rockslide back in the 70's reduced the road to a narrow path.
@arklat Hey that's really cool! I would like to complete it in 15 minutes so that it fits on my gopro. It may be easier to accomplish if i started at the rockslide.

How do I get on this trail?
Have you been up since the rockslide? I had to walk my bike both times up and down, it was pretty annoying. Thanks for your comment.
