@@loispadgett6306 this is kind of an outdated system, but it sure a great way to learn how all of this works. And for somebody that doesn’t want to get too deeply it’s still a great way to just wire your railroad in a very straightforward way if you’re not using DCC. Bless you too!!

It’s a really simple way to wire a railroad but more importantly it’s a really great way to learn how all this works. These days with DCC very few people wire blocks, but for people who just don’t want to spend money on DCC blocking is still a great idea
Thanks for sharing. I still have some of these Atlas producs in my drawers, even thouh I have been using DCC since 2000. They are a usefull method when when going DC.
@@bernardc2553 do you know for people who don’t want to spend money on DCC, and it’s a lot of money! And they just want to run trains, but they still want to do some fairly complicated operation with multiple trains. Well, there’s a reason why people have been using this system for 70 odd years.
I am going to look for that book this seems to be more my speed for wiring. Thanks for sharing that Atlas block system.

I still have so many of these controllers from back in 70’s and plan on using them to teach grandsons- then I’ll bring them up to speed on DCC.
