Randy Benjamin - Old Man (Psych/Pop 1972)

Second version of this song, previously recorded in 1967 as Benjamin Carry LTD. issued on Viva. A third pressing exists by I don't know if it's another different version. Randy Benjamin recorded as Terry Randall in 1966 on Valiant Records the great "S.O.S.", compiled on Highs In The Mid Sixties Vol. 2. Originally from Indiana, he moved to Los Angeles, and later to Nashville where he produced gospel/country groups.

Indeed! The song was recorded for the first time in 1967! There may be a third one but I'm not a 100% sure
