Well O like the fact your finally admitting to your Audience that it is now a buyers Market. Things are only going to get worse for sellers in Cape Coral. The interest rate isn’t going anywhere but up in the future and the buying time from the Snowbirds is just about over. So if you a seller and you can lower your prices . Do so now and get out of the market while you can. By June July the buyers will be gone up north and by Sept onwards no body will be Buying. We are in for a cold Cold winter Realestate’s wise. So investor get ready for opportunity that is once in a life time. It will be a great time to buy in the next 6 months. Everyone has to wake up and smell the roses
