Not true. I work in a prison. All inmates and staff are required to wear masks while inside the facility or outside their dorms. We spray a fog through the prison weekly to sanitize the entire place. There is no in person visitation and we've been doing video visitation in its place. All inmates receive free weekly phone calls. We have quarantine areas for anyone that has any symptoms and for new arrivals. We take temperatures of anyone that has a detail twice a day as well as staff temp several times a day. If staff feels bad we take a test and are quarantined until the results are back.

@@robertandrews6915 I work in Georgia. We even have meetings every Tuesday and Thursday that evaluates the situation across the state and we make adjustments accordingly.

As a former correctional officer, this video is extremely accurate as a generalized video. Each state is different in its general rules though.

Back when I was a marine we had to go visit a prison in texas and a group of inmates had a few guns from breaking into the armoury undetectid and we all got into a shoot out, we lost 2 men, I was shot in the leg, and we made them scared after they shot me because I was still up and going
