Rapala had a down turned bill silver and black minnow in a shallow size. I believe it was a Rapala Shad Rap I use to buy at Wal-Mart. It was a Smallmouth rip rap bait. I would bounce that down turned bill off the Rip Rap and the smallies would just hammer it. The bad part is where the plastic is at a 90 degree bend. When you hit the Rip Rap alot. The bottom of the plastic bill breaks. But, If it's a grass bait. Or really good around cover. I think the this baits bill will break also. I will buy a few Hybird's and try them out. If it last while fishing Rip Rap. I believe StrikeKing has a winning bait. Just like the Redeye Shad. Shawn.

His signature series cranking rod, the CC2 model which is a red eye/squarebill rod 7’0 MED moderate action

@@fdlptruckie you might wanna go heavier with the regular. Hybrid hunter jr works good with the CC2

To whom it may concern... we need more colors... especially Natural Shad, Crystal Shad, Pro Bone and Strobe Shad
